Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The downfall….. I was there with my young daughter, so the smell of weed in the hall ways was not great. We got a room with a king bed but there was only a total of two pillows that were super flat which made it hard to sleep. Probably would stay again but would have to bring our own pillows to sleep comfortably.
The rooms were actually pretty nice and clean. I was nervous because it was so affordable but the rooms were decent for a quick stay

Only 2 pillows and 2 towels and when i asked for more they told me that they cant give more than 2. And the 2 pillows were so worn out they were almost paper thin. And the towels were so small that 1 shower i needed both towels to dry off. And i couldnt get any more upon request

The bathroom looked as though it hadn't been cleaned fully. There was no shampoo when we arrived.

What I didn't like was the fact that there were no utensils, glasses, or plates to use in the room when ordering in or if you wanted to cook a light meal to eat while you relaxed in the room.
I like the fact that I was able to enter the hotel either by the front or side doors throughout the hotel when leaving and entering. And being able to order food online and have it delivered to your room without a problem.

First floor room, facing a very noisy parking lot. Day and night traffic and screaming. Front desk no shows. Under staffed? Coffee machine was to be set up by 7am. Good luck with that one. I bought my own coffee machine. filters and coffee

Beds not comfortable, felt like dormitory. Two flat pillows, limited linens and bath towels.

There are no plates, utensils, etc., as you would commonly find in an extended stay hotel. Apparently people keep stealing them. So bring your own paper towels, etc. This particular hotel did not work for my friends and I because my friend's elderly Mom with Parkinson's was a fall risk and had particular needs, etc. HOWEVER, this is a very good basic room, though!
The best thing about this room was that it was clean. Most importantly, the manager and front desk associate who I called to resolve a billing issue were great. Special thanks to Keisha at the front desk, who took the time to track down our reservation that someone had accidentally filed under a middle name instead of last; and to Nakia, the Assistant General Manager who kindly explained my credit to me and the process to receive that credit (when booking through Booking.com). Thank you both!

The bed is too loud, whenever we move to do anything it started squeaking. You can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, I remember a phone started ringing and we thought it was ours but nope, it was someone else’s but it sounded like we had that phone next to us.
Everything looks brand new, people at the front desk was really nice. Room has a kitchen, a bathroom, TV, everything looks just remodeled

The staff was very pleasant but over worked , took 25 min. to get help checking in. I am disabled and no assistance was available to help

The people walking upstairs, and their wasn’t any carpet under the bed so the bed moved all the time and that was noisy. That was a hassle.
I was pleased with the location, staff, and price. I liked the size of the room, the cleanness and the appliances made it feel comfortable and convenient. It was by far the safest location compared to the rest at an affordable rate.
