The room was not well maintained. Furniture and appliances were not in the best condition & considering the fact a security deposit is taken for the stay it was disappointing.

The staff was very nice, friendly, professional and accommodative. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, we didn't try the breakfast so we don't know about it. The location is great too

Breakfast ended early but we did not know! No pool :( Didn't have a way to contact the front desk directly, we'd call from our mobiles.

The room was a wonderful layout and the air conditioning was working & quiet?? Many TV stations ... especially sports!

Advertised breakfast was offered/included which was the whole reason we stayed there with two little kids and it was not actual breakfast but a hotel coffee bar and granola bars...

It smells like pot when going from the lobby to the elevator area. We stayed two different occasions and both rooms had same issue with the shower doors not closing. On our most recent stay there was something sticky all over the bedside table and floor under it so room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

They don’t charge a security payment which a lot of place do now. The room has a large fridge and a hot plate type stove. Water in shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Rooms are quiet. Staff is nice.

Halls smells like smoking and carpets outside the rooms were dirty/stained. Person who check us in didn’t even know what amenities the hotel had.

The room was decent. It was renovated and somewhat resembles the pictures on the website. There was some hair on the comforter of my bed. The room felt humid despite the AC running on cool. Shower and bathroom were clean. Booking.com advertised the property as having breakfast included, but there was none. I asked the front desk about it and was told Booking will often advertise properties with amenities they don't have. Front desk staff was great! Overall a decent stay for the price.

Floors weren't swept or mopped. Side table and floor were covered in what seemed to be a spilled soda. Was sticky when my shoes walked over it. Had to clean it up with a towel.

The outside of the refrigerator was very dirty with I don't know what and the floors made the bottom of my feet or socks completely black. It seemed to be coming through the AC unit. Finally, the power went out five times on my first day there and then again for 2 hours on my second day there which made it impossible for me to do the things that I went there to do. I requested that they consider letting me have a late checkout, but they could not accommodate that.

I liked the ability to be able to cook things in the room without having to leave and also the large refrigerator.

The shower was dirty. The air condition filter needs to be cleaned. It smells so bad, we have to shut it off. The hallway smells like a dog's urn. Dogs barking all night long.

The room smells strong (humidity). The breakfast was really poor (I didn’t even eat). There was only coffee and microwakave oatmeal. I asked the front desk and she said that was it. 😳😳

There was no shampoo & conditioner. One of the pillow cases seems used and did not change with new one. I didn't use any of those pillows. One of the receptionists a big black lady was not friendly. She talks with customers like hudloom. Lack of training with regards to etiquette. But the rest were fine.
