Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI was placed in a room above someone who banged on the ceiling because I had an active toddler. The floors were thin and it seemed like he was waiting for any little noise to complain and bang on the ceiling. I’m pregnant and awoke a 3am to use the restroom and when he heard us he started banging. I was scared he was going to come upstairs and harass me. I can say the floors are so thin I heard a chair being pulled out in the room above me and it did sound loud so I get it but how can we avoid walking on the floor? Other than that the room was clean and I loved that it was a smoke free hotel !
Place was clean and reasonably priced. No breakfast only coffee from 6am-11am

United States of America1. The blanket on the bed had some huge spots on it.... didn't like that at all. 2. I encountered 4 teenage roaches.. killed 1. They were in the bathroom and in the main area by the bed. That was very disconcerting, because I was concerned they would end up in my luggage. I only stayed for 2 nights and my first encounter with the roaches was the morning after we checked in. When i returned from being out all of the 2nd day i encountered the other roaches. So I didn't bother to mention it to the front desk clerk until check out time because I was checking out the next morning. He didn't seem terrible apologetic. He just said he wasn't aware that there were roaches in the room. 3. There were signs posted everywhere that the doors to the building are locked and you'd need to use your room key to gain access after certain hours. That was never the case, even in returning to the hotel after 11:00 p.m. and finding no one at the front desk, the doors were open.
It's a fairly new hotel so it's in pretty good shape. Location is great.. right off the highway, but not so close that you hear any highway noise from traffic. When I arrived at check-in I desperately needed to use the restroom, but both restrooms on the first floor nearby the front desk were occupied. The front desk clerk was kind enough to let he have the key to my room just so I could go and use the facilities and then return to take care of checking in. I appreciated that very much.

United States of AmericaWe didn't like it, that there was a lack of better toilets in the bathroom, especially in the shower, and the sink in the room had a bad drain.
I really liked the location of the hotel, the attention at check-in, and the help they gave us at that time; The facilities seem good to me and look relatively new.

Canada- Room walls are an eggshell, I could hear couples sharing their intimacy all night. - it is a long stay facility, so there are families actually living in there with their pets, and they make a lot of noise because they are kept alone throughout the day. - The room window is covered with office blinds, which don't keep the parking lot lights away through the night, so make sure you bring your own eye cover if you like a dark room when resting. Ear plugs are useful too, if you like sleeping in silence. My blinds were broken and couldn't roll down properly, so I had a huge gap of light to deal with. - The kitchen has no accessories. Cabinets are empty, so you are supposed to provide any pans, plates, cutlery and glasses yourself, which defies the purpose of having a kitchen into a hotel room in the first place. - Internet is mediocre, enough for light use, but don't expect a stutter-free experience with Netflix or YouTube.
Very friendly staff, spacious parking lot, quiet location, mini kitchen.

United States of AmericaWe had to ask the front desk for and then go down to the desk for any extra amenities we needed such as a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and coffee maker. Our trip to Florida was very unexpected due to the sudden passing of my father-in-law. I had to pack quickly and as light as possible, so I didn't pack a hair dryer because hotels always have them in the bathroom. Imagine getting out of the shower and going to dry your hair, but have to go downstairs to get one when you are trying to get ready for a funeral service.
I liked the storage cabinets in our room

United States of AmericaVery noisy during the day - the whole building is paper thin and shakes easily. Window blinds but no curtain. Need to pay extra for a coffee maker and other options in the room. Towels were terrycloth and small - adequate, but not substantial and all had hair in them. Pillows were thin. No restaurants in walking distance - but plenty nearby if you have a car or place orders.
This property had what I was looking for. Full-size refrigerator, very clean property and room, excellent HDTV service with HBO and guide channels, quiet at night, comfortable bed and temperature controls (I slept well every night). Free wi-fi was good enough for streaming video on my phone.

United States of AmericaHad to wait to check-in, online reservations don't update quickly in their systems. Room was in noisy part of hotel. Could hear children in the halls, dogs barking and could here a TV on all night long in a nearby room. Wish it had a bigger desk. Bathroom had two bath towels, a floor towel and a wash cloth, but no hand towels which I thought was odd and a bit annoying.
The room was sufficient, it was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable, even though no breakfast included. Actual price was like $2 then booking.com had indicated, I didn't bother to say anything. I liked that the room had a microwave and good size fridge.
