When I had booked, the only option left with a bath tub was a handicap accessible room so I booked that one (I didn’t book the last handicap room I wouldn’t do that lol), and when we got there she asked if we needed handicapped which I don’t so I was honest. This resulted in moving us to a different room with a standing shower only and this room also had some drywall work done to it because the floor was covered in the “powder” from sanding down and a fan blowing on it to dry. Honestly it’s fine, because we got placed directly next to the pool/hot tub! I’ll take it 🙂 One thing I’d recommend is adding screens to the windows. I LOVED the view from our bedroom window, with the stream flowing. I would have loved to have the window open to listen to at night but I didn’t want to let bugs in so I had to keep them window closed.

We really enjoyed the comfortable king bed, and having a mini fridge / microwave in our room. It is clear to see they are slowly making some upgrades so I have to give credit where it’s due. The bathroom was nicely updated, beautiful light up mirror for getting ready, and a shower that is so hot and relaxing. The smart tv was a nice surprise, we were able to watch Netflix! (Make sure you sign out of your Netflix or else it can be used by other people when you leave!!) The breakfast was delicious. Hot and cold breakfast. We enjoyed watching the trout jump out of the pond while eating breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect and I believe newly remodeled. Really loved the very back units, especially the ones facing the stream but be aware rt 93 is in view and can be heard but the stream was wel worth it. If you don't want to see the highway these rooms may not be for you, but again I loved them. The brook was so refreshing to hear babbling away. There breakfast was quite good. Restaurant and lounge were not open but I assume they will be. And im sure they will be equally as great. Pleasing stay.

Property was great, we did have a housekeeper enter our locked room while we were getting packed up to leave 20 minutes before check out time, and I happened to be undressed as I had just gotten out of shower. He apologized and immediately left it was just disturbing that it wasn’t check out time and he didn’t knock first, just assumed it was empty I guess!

Rooms were clean and updated, spa tub was exceptional! Pool and hot tub were very clean and area was easily accessible. The parking was awesome, restaurant on site was convenient.

The bedroom doesn't have a fan and the A/C doesn't flow into that room unless the door is open. That's the only compliant.

The pool was excessively chlorinated it burned my eyes just sitting in there with my kids. The food and drinks were a bit pricey I have only paid $10 for a beer at a sporting event. And you could tell that it was still in need of repairs but it was just enough to look nice.

The location was stunning, the food was incredible, the proximity to local attractions was extremely beneficial. The rooms were recently updated so they were bright and crisp. The beds were comfortable and the blankets and sheets were soft. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones I've had with great variety. The pub inside was out of this world the food and drinks definitely defied expectations.
