Nobody was at the desk upon arrival but I soon realized it was a self service check in process. Very easy system for checking in so aside from the slight confusion, it was probably easier and quicker than speaking with a desk agent.

Great location. Didn’t need frills and extras so it was perfect for a solo business trip. Fillable water bottles were a nice option.

The staff are super friendly! Spencer at the front desk of hotel was the Best and very helpful with our questions. Also, the 20th floor has awesome views of the city. Night time is the best and sunset! The staff on the 20th floor make your stay awesome and welcoming! Cafe and bar on 20th floor.

The wifi was extremely poor, making it impossible to use for work or leisure. I had to use 4/5G the whole time. I also didn't like that you had to call to get the room cleaned, this shouldn't be on the customer to do this.

Very well located, efficient hotel, quick check-in. Room was clean, and had good amenities in the bathroom and things like an iron. Bottle of water in the corridor was a nice touch. Not too noisy.

We hoped that they'd give a better view room since we stated that we were a honeymoon couple. So don't expect anything like that. The first night employees on the reservation desk were extremely anti helpful.

The location was very good. Very close to world trade center (5 min walk), the twin buildings monumental area and trinity church, broadway st. We liked the water fountains, complimentary coffee and tea services. our room was clean and moderate. So a good option if you'd like to see downtown. There were lots of options for coffee pizza shopping etc.

What I didn't like about my stay at the World Center Hotel during the Christmas holiday were views obstructed by scaffolding. The room was drafty. The hotel rooftop restaurant and bar was overpriced. The hotel was barely decorated for Christmas, and there was no live entertainment or festive activities.

I had a wonderful stay at the World Center Hotel during the Christmas holiday. The hotel is conveniently located near the World Trade Center and offers stunning views of the city skyline and the Hudson River. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were modern and well-maintained. The hotel also had a rooftop restaurant and bar, where I enjoyed delicious food and drinks with a festive atmosphere. The hotel was decorated with beautiful lights and ornaments, and I really enjoyed my view of the Reflecting Pools of the WTC Footprints. I felt very welcomed and pampered by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would highly recommend the World Center Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in New York City.
