Using time of the sportive facilities (mini golf, table tennis, etc. ) can be little longer (you should get the equipment before 8:30 pm and should turn them back latest 10:00 pm)

It takes a long time to check in Because they want so much information and then you get sent to another line to get your wrist bands to use amenities, but this is where they try to talk you into doing the timeshare tour.

Monday morning trash trucks! Lol. If i have to put something...that would be it, and this; Beware of the on site restaurants....service fee for dining in, higher rate for dining out! 2 16oz beers at pool bar was $19 after take out fee! Ouch! Get the pizza delivered...best value...most competative price to value of product.

We valued all of the different pool areas, and how not all water activities were in one location. Because of this design of the property, the activites were kept age apprpriate. Leisure ate one pool . High adreline at the other. We loved the lazy rivers!. The location was outstanding to get to the parks and Disney Springs.

everything was AMAZING I have NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!

I brought my daughter here for her 6th birthday and it was nothing short of AMAZING! the location was right around the corner, literally, from all of the Disney parks & we actually SKIPPED OUT on going to Animal Kingdom just to enjoy everything the Wyndham had to offer. My daughter had the time of her life & we will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I wish at the pool hours were until 1030 or 11 especially on the weekends. The lazy rivers definitely need more supplied tubes. Would be awesome if they included something like breakfast or some kind of free snacks for the money that you pay.

The staff customer service immediately upon arrival and check-in was what you would expect in more from a resort of this level. Even when arriving in a thunderstorm, everything about the property was just absolutely gorgeous. The views around the property were just absolutely breathtaking with the lake central to the towers. the room was very clean extremely spacious and both the spouse and I were equally in love with the hygiene products they supplied. We were very much big fans of Ecos one of the on-site poolside bar restaurants they’re loaded nachos were my personal favorite. There was a wide variety of pools and on site activities to choose from and they supply free pool towels.

Towel return was confusing; if not returned I will be charged $25 a towel; was not able to determine if it registered that the towels were returned. Wanted to use the facility after check-out before departing; confusing about how to gain access. No one was manning the desk in out tower. Would have loved to have live music pool side.

The gentleman that checked us in was exceptional. I don't recall his name. We were previous Wyndham owners & are very familiar with the property. It is always our #1 choice property when we stay in the area for SOOOOo many reasons! Like the new grey tones (but the pictures remain a bit "tired"/dated)

We did not have full access to the miniature golf which was not possible due to renovations in Tower 2; The sales pitch when checking in which we are told to go to see a colleague to get our “welcome package”.

This is a huge complex and we loved the 2 bedroom villa as it was perfect for our family of 4 to share. The lazy pool,water slides, hot tubs, miniature golf, ice cream shop, towel dispenser and more were a big hit for all. The proximity to all Disney parks and Disney Springs was perfect.
