Beautiful property

Towel return was confusing; if not returned I will be charged $25 a towel; was not able to determine if it registered that the towels were returned. Wanted to use the facility after check-out before departing; confusing about how to gain access. No one was manning the desk in out tower. Would have loved to have live music pool side.

Great family resort with plenty to do for all ages.

Had a difficult time using our bands to get the towel cabinet to open. Need to update the artwork (eliminate the dark/gold tones)

The gentleman that checked us in was exceptional. I don't recall his name. We were previous Wyndham owners & are very familiar with the property. It is always our #1 choice property when we stay in the area for SOOOOo many reasons! Like the new grey tones (but the pictures remain a bit "tired"/dated)

Every time you visit they want you to attend a meeting which takes time from your vacation.

We did not have full access to the miniature golf which was not possible due to renovations in Tower 2; The sales pitch when checking in which we are told to go to see a colleague to get our “welcome package”.

This is a huge complex and we loved the 2 bedroom villa as it was perfect for our family of 4 to share. The lazy pool,water slides, hot tubs, miniature golf, ice cream shop, towel dispenser and more were a big hit for all. The proximity to all Disney parks and Disney Springs was perfect.

I just wanted to share some feedback on the restaurants; we tried three of them, and unfortunately, our experiences weren't as great as we hoped. I believe there's room for improvement in that area, and with your already amazing place, it could be even more outstanding!

You had to walk outside to get breakfast at the restaurant on the pool deck. It was raining during our stay.

I hated they don't do housekeeping. Asked for a room refresh but they don't do that and you have to take your own trash out. They also stated online they had an airport shuttle but this was not true.

Location is perfect. Very close to Disney springs and the parks. Lots of parking. I love having a washer and dryer to not bring home dirty clothes. And the full kitchen was great to save money.

Check in unprofessional agent was laughing and joking with agent when trying to check in they had 2 reservations for me when I only had one she spoke Spanish to manager jose while trying to find out problem I only speak english unfortunately for her my husband is mexican and Spanish is his first language .so he understood everything she said 😉Very unprofessional I considered her age as factor very young ...place was beautiful just not happy with agent trying to check in very disappointing

The receptionist was not professional enough. I reckon needs more training. Initially over charged me. When I went back to check, she only said “I don’t know “. The attitude was also horrible. Luckily the manager sorted out my issue at the end.

Room spacious, kitchen well equipped, shower is comfortable, and washing machine +dryer as a bonus
