You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBed was not comfortable on one side, next night slept on the other side so was good. I thonk need new mattress. Bathtub was not clean, find hair and was some stains, so was not able to take bath only showers. Also hair conditionier was empty, but stuff solved the problem right away. :) thank you!!!

Breakfast was good, enjoyed seeing a variety of offerings. Glad you had a shuttle to pick us up from the airport return us. This was a real plus since hotel was not real close to airport.

The shuttle to the airport was great. It was also nice to have a restaurant / bar in the hotel so that we didn't have to find a place to go. The staff at the front desk were really nice.

United KingdomThere is the Chelsea train station stop not far from the hotel, and as there is a crossing, the trains honk their horns during the day and late evening. We could hear it through our window, but it didn't honk when we slept. As it's not central, you have to consider how to get into the city to see the sights. Even though it was affordable for Boston, the general pricing in the USA has gone up a lot over the past few years, so things seem more expensive- especially food and drink. The hotel food menu is a little limited, but convenient.
It was one of the most affordable hotels for our budget for our short stay in Boston. The hotel itself is really clean and comfortable, decent shower, super friendly staff and a convenient breakfast included in our rates. I was worried about getting into the city from the Chelsea area, where the hotel is situated, as we wanted to avoid driving in due to the traffic. We ended up getting the free airport shuttle and stopping at the airport subway stop, this was free and quick to get to. It took about 30 minutes to get into the city on the train. We ended up getting taxis back as it was only 10-15 mins back.

AustraliaI was very disappointed in the shuttle pick yup service from the airport. I waited more than an hour for the shuttle. When I rang to find out why there was such a delay, they lied to me and said the shuttle had stopped at the bus stop and couldn't find me because I did not have a US phone number. When I told the person in the phone that I had not moved from the bus stop for the last 70 minutes she then checked with the driver who said he was too full so didn't go by my stop. I wish she had checked her information first rather trying to blame me. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was reliable and always left on time.
The room and location were good. The staff were mostly good.

Took 2 hours to get from the airport back to the hotel...we didn't have a tight schedule luckily. This would be challenging for those with young families, tight schedules etc.
