It can get a little loud because the doors slam shut. The beds are also not the most comfortable, but we literally are only in our room to sleep and they’re not awful. Doesn’t change the value of the hotel for us.

The location can’t be beat! We love staying at this hotel and stay here often! We can park the car and walk across the street and we’re in Disney Springs. It’s super convenient to get to the parks too. Always feel safe! Wish the pool/hot tub stayed open just a tad later but this hotel is the best value for your money!

Our heater did not work when we arrived. The shower was not up to standard. Restaurant wasn’t open for dinner.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. Woke me up numerous times throughout the night. The shower head continually dripped as well.

Christmas morning had breakfast at the buffet! I was astonished how nice everyone was! I mean it was Christmas morning and they were serving us and not with their families. I left extra on the table. I felt bad they had to work.

We could not get shower to sustain warm temperature. We took cold-lukewarm showers for 3 nights in a row. Bathtub had been fitted with a “bath-fitter” shell that had water lodged in between the tub/shell and shell was very slippery.

We have stayed at this property 4-5 times before. Well located and beds are very comfortable.

TIME SHARE WARNING….When checking in they try to sucker you in to their TIME SHARE experience to get a “free” gift which isn’t why I was there and if I would have know I definitely wouldn’t have stayed at this resort !!! Also if you want to use the free bus transportation to any of the Disney parks that they describe in their website you have to make a “reservation”. Our room had only a refrigerator and NO coffee maker, I mean I get that it’s an older resort that they remodeled but to not have a coffee maker is kind of ridiculous and forces you to get your coffee from their “Coffee Shop” that’s down stairs and pay Starbucks prices but not Starbucks quality. Honestly there isn’t anything that makes you want to go back to stay again.

The location is perfect, it’s only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs and room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool area and location was actually nice but sadly that’s about it.

The floor of the shower was squishy and kinda felt unsafe. The coffee maker was cheap and not worth the effort and there were only 39 TV channels at best. For the process a few more channels. Particularly childrens channels would have been nice.

The only complaint I have is the paper-thin walls. Overall it was a great place, aside from how easily I could hear my neighbor watching TV.

The facility is really nice from the outside and so is the reception. The room we were in was reachable only via a non-nicer part of the hotel, but all in all, it was nice. The staff was friendly and quick with checking us in. We could also leave the luggage with them the day after which was definitely handy. The hotel is also very close to Disney Springs, 5 minutes walk circa. We didn't use any of the resort features so I cannot comment on those. I loved the bed though and the size of the room.

Room was cold and we couldn't control the thermostat. It was always 65-66 degrees no matter the heat setting (it was winter and very cold out). Our door was SUPER hard to close and had to slam it shut. I felt bad for any neighbors that were disturbed but really couldn't help it. It was a little hard to arrange the shuttle because time slots were all filled up but they were punctual when we got them.

Very clean. Price was great and staff very nice and helpful. Nice coffee bar in the lobby. Easy walk to Disney Springs.
