Que to check in after a long flight and long immigration check was way too long despite having a prepayed booking took over 30 minutes

I found the staff at the restaurant didn’t care , always had to ask for something and never wanted to engage conversation . Just not pleasant . Fatima was nice I liked her but the two other guys I was just feeling that I disturb them . Coffee cardboard cup in the morning for 5 US dollar like serious , it should be free .

The airport shuttle only runs from 6-11 and once an hour. Maybe it could start at 4:30 or 5 since the airport opens at 4:30

Overall the stay was good my only dislike were the pool location was in the front of the hotel. Not a big deal at all I’m just used to the pool being near the back or side of the building. My only other dislike was the location, yes very close to airport but that’s it nothing else nearby to be able to explore on feet. There is a local bar about a block away so that was cool I always like checking out the local spots but as if you looking for excitement, attractions, food other than McDonald that you can walk to this not the spot. Luckily my stay was just a night after getting off a cruise so the it served it’s purpose as far as being near the airport but also their shuttle don’t start running until after 6 AM, my flight was at 6 AM so the shuttle was no use for me

Restaurant is over priced and there is an 18% fee added to the check. We went for happy hour so that helped with the prices some. The layout of the bathroom is weird, almost no privacy. Walking into the room from the all you enter the vanity of the bathroom with clothes hanging racks opposite. The toilet is on one side of the sink with a frosted glass door, no lock and the shower is on the other side of the sink, also with frosted glass and no lock. If you are staying with someone that you are not intimate with...If you want to take a shower or change your clothes you have to close the barn door between the bathroom and the sleeping area, no lock on that door either. If someone is in the sleeping area or comes in from the hall they would have to go through part of the bathroom where you may be naked before or after showering or changing since this is where the clothes racks are too. Also, the coffee brewer is in this area but the fridge is in the sleeping area.

Room looks very nice, including the bathroom. Lobby and halls were also nice. The restaurant was nice looking as well. It was only about a 10 minute ride to the airport via the free shuttle, traffic was minimal.

We only stayed there for 1 night. From the moment you walk into the lobby you could tell this place is clean. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, the fridge in the room was cold, no freezer but worked for what we needed. Highly recommend and would stay here again next time we're in Miami.

Close to the Rental car center MIA. It's perfect for a short stay after or before a flight. We loved the big parking lot. The crew in the restaurant on the 6th floor was friendly, even shortly before closing.

No breakfast. An IHOP was a few minutes away. Breakfast could have been included at that price point.

Room was clean and towels were changed. Shower was separate from the toilet. Nice and friendly staff.
