You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

No one at front desk when we arrived , and no employees in lobby or even restaurant/ bar area. One gentleman was waiting for the clerk because his room key didn’t work. We waited between 20-30 minutes….and when the clerk came out she looked like she was ill and never apologized. In the room, the lotion bottle on the counter had been half used and left there.
Beds are always comfortable. Best priced hotel of our entire trip.

That the room was very far from the entrance and all the exit doors were broken so you could only go in and out through the front. So being extremely far from the front and all exits you couldn't use to come in was very very disappointing. The halls need more lighting but overall not bad.

First room we were in had an AC/Heater that didn't work and it was super cold and we're moved to a room that was technically an upgraded version of the original room that went from a king suite with a chair to a king suite with a sofa and the sofa was missing and the curtains were see through so for a valentines weekend getaway there's not much we could do at all. Also none of the bathrooms had an exhaust so if you had to go #2 it would linger for almost an hour.

Per the booking it stated that breakfast was included but it was not. Breakfast was an additional fee of 6$ per person. Which is still very inexpensive just unexpected.

I didnt like that breakfast was $6/person, even though when we went, the cook didn’t come in ao it was only a couple of items. The TV in the room was very small too. But it’s okay.
I liked the building layout and how the pool was indoor. The king bed was big and comfortable also.

The sofa bed could have used a new mattress as there was a huge red stain underneath. There was some type of red liquid splattered on carpet under the sofa and lots of left over confetti from the previous persons party. Tv also had sticky soda all over it. The website stated there's a heated pool, it's absolutely not heated. Website shows a game/arcade area (main reason we rented) and there were no games, just a pool table. At check in I wasn't informed of the $50 deposit until it showed on my bank account. , we were here for medical for my son and on limited money. All in all though, we would stay here again. The pros outweighed the cons.
We loved that the staff was always super friendly! It was quiet, beds were fairly comfortable, room was pretty clean. It was located in a good location next to everything and loved that the doors were located inside the building. Staff was very attentive to anything we needed.

Hallways smelled stale and the back side of parking lot is dark
The hotel was huge. It was near a lot of places to eat and close to highways. I was close to the event I was attending. Bed was super comfortable!!!! Room was big and showers were hot!!!
