Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unlike some other hotels which keep free coffee on hand all day and night, they charged $3.00 per cup. The rate for movie rentals was insane - about 5x the normal cost to stream. The air in the room was poorly circulated such that everywhere in the direct path of the AC was freezing and other parts of the room stayed uncomfortably balmy. Raising the temperature of the AC resulted in warm air being pumped into the room. The AC in general was very noisy making sleeping a challenge.
Fairly easy to find. Larger than I was expecting. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Our request for a room with bath tub was honored. Although we didn't stay long enough to use them, the pool and fitness centers were nice amenities. Restaurant on premises. A reasonable mid-week room rate included breakfast which was limited but decent.

I Stay here every year for a dog show event. It's always a pleasure! The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are perfect for walking dogs.

This was not the hotels fault, but other guests that were staying on the same floor had the entire floor smelling like pot during their whole stay. I'm all for people doing their own thing, but do that outside. It was so strong it was about suffocating

My room didn't have a window. But everything else was Great.

For the price, the rooms do look like they could use an overhaul. Other small things, like a shower door that would not stay shut and water that took some time to drain (clogging issue). The breakfast was adequate, but limited in selections. I appreciated the one evening, but would not necessarily be seeking them out again, should I have a chance to return just based on the somewhat shop-worn feeling.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and lots of parking. Useful to have a breakfast included. Bathrooms were spacious. Easy floor plan.

The initial room we checked into was not acceptable (not clean). The front desk person (Ashleigh) & the General Manager (Teji) quickly & graciously corrected the problem by moving us to another room. We had an excellent subsequent stay! Thank you, Mr & Mrs Jackson
We always like to stay at this property. It has a convenient location & it is a good solid building that keeps noise, that would normally impact on our sleep, out!!

Guests children were a bit rowdy and loud at times which was a bummer for those of us who had rooms that opened up to the pool/lounge area
Excellent location quiet but very close to shopping and dining. Beautiful hotel, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of food and drinks options, restaurant on site was very nice. Great pool and lounge area

It sucks that there was a Gala the same weekend as our family vacay, but we made the best of it. Breakfast also isn't that great.
Beds are comfortable, swimming pool is great for the kids, the concierge was on point, and the location was exceptional!

Management had already made assumptions about us occupying the room knocked on the door to say no smoking but no one was. Also tried to charge my card 50 extra dollars than what I had already paid before we even were there 5 mins. The room was paid for since the 11th of the month for the stay on the 19th

The hall looks outdated, could use some repairs and paint.

Hallways like a maze and found it difficult to find our room (172) from lobby area. Actually think a map given to us would have avoided our back and forth confusion. Hallway walls and carpet need some attention. Wallpaper in rather rough shape and stains on carpet.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great. Lobby and adjoining areas were very "fancy" looking.
