Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceMaybe to have more frequencies for the shuttle going to the strip. And provide a water fountain for the rooms deluxe. Remote + shuttle is not practical to bring in the bottles of water for the stay. And as a welcoming gesture, a couple of small bottles along with the keys could be greatly appreciated. Otherwise all the rest was perfect.
This is my 3rd time at the Wyndham and I have to say the services and personnel are still on the very high level. The attention to welcome and keep guests entertained through out their stay is at the top level. Every evening the club is proposing an activity. Everyday there is a free drink or an artist show case for free. The rooms are great, well equipped with all appliances to stay a lo'g time (washing machine, dryer, etc...). This time we stayed at the deluxe 1br appartement in tower 3. A bit isolated, but with higher standards due to to the presence of the jacuzzi and the view over the strip buildings ( we still got a part of top golf on the way on lower floors). As a resume, I would say YES wyndham club is not on the strip, but what a resort it is!!! An idem gem which plays in its own category (a bit like the Mgm signature or the platinum hotel that I visited both), at the difference that the visitors are slightly better welcomed. Considering the shuttle drop off In the middle of the strip, I think the job is totally done. During this stay in Vegas, I visited 4 hotels including the Venitian (where I stayed 20 years ago), all I can say is that my fiancee preferred largely the Wyndham to the Venitian.... Says a lot! I will come back again. Keep the great standards.

United States of AmericaNo actual grocery store within walking distance, but that's apparently a Las Vegas thing. For longer stays, I will have to figure out that aspect in order to take full advantage of the kitchen.
Quiet, yet just a few minutes walk from the strip. They also have a shuttle to take you there. Nice apartment, full kitchen, salon, and large bedroom. Surprised at the size and how nice and modern the apartment was. Perfect getaway from the sensory overload of the casino universe 100 meters away. Also directly across from the MGM Grand Conference Center, which is what brought me to Vegas.

CanadaIf you save all your money for a trip, arrive tired at the hotel and just want to sleep, it's really annoying that they are trying to sell you things. I said no to the offer, but still they made an appointment for me. After I spoke to an agent it was all good, but still wasn't a nice thing when you are on holidays and they make random appointments for you. I'd still come again, as the atmosphere was great other than that and staff rly nice.
Quiet room, very clean and spacious. Many pools and hot tubs. Gym in each tower as well
