The coffee in the room was gross. The coffee line downstairs took forever. Waiting 20 mins while waiting for my car and still nothing. You could hear so much through the walls. The sounds were so clear sometimes i thought someone was coming in our room.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Valet service was great. I had a minor emergency and they helped get me taken care of immediately.

The pool was very crowded although that’s not the hotel’s fault. We were there during the Pittsburgh marathon, which we didn’t know until we booked our trip. That also made the elevators hard to come by for the first two days of our trip. By Monday things calmed down significantly.

Great location- very central to many top destinations like PNC park. Easy, walkable city. We upgraded to a river view room which was lovely as you could see where the three rivers convene and the beautiful fountain at Point state park. We arrived prior to check in but the staff was incredibly helpful by getting us into an available room.

There are no vending machines or store open late in the hotel. Parking is a nightmare. The bathroom is pretty small.

The view from my room was beautiful. The location was perfect for the event we were going to. Staff was very helpful.

Bathroom was not well maintained. Sink didn't drain properly. Mold staining present on the caulking around the shower. Didn't have right number of washcloths/towels for our party of 4, but easy to request.

beautiful view. room is small but fine for weekend stay with family of 4. beds very comfortable. Rapid response by guest services. Great service, experienced hospitality staff. I loved the scent in the hallways.

Elevators... way too crowded in morning. Had to give up and take the stairs down 8 flights. Had 5 cars go buy stuffed with people. Valet parking is a mess.

Not very much, little work needed to make it better, like new caulking around the bathtub.

Near everything downtown, very very pleasant and helpful staff. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, hopefully we can come back and extend our stay.

The pool and hot tub were on the smaller scale, if a lot of people were there not much room. Thought for it being a more “upscale” property the rooms would have been a bit nicer and function properly. Our shower didn’t drain right. It filled the tub well you showered, stains on bed linens and mini fridge definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently. Had a spilled substance in it. Also we were supposed to have a river view and it was more of the iron city hill view.

It was downtown and convenient to walk some places to explore. Had a pool and hot tub. The fitness room was good size and had a lot of things. It was very nice and staff was friendly when checking in and out.

The restroom was locked & I had already checked out of the room & have my room key back to the desk agent. The room (822) was clean, but needs some maintenance on bathroom tub area, as well as the wallpaper coming off. The floor in the hallway was soaked & got worse each day.

Fancy hotel lobby area and first floor but beds were not comfortable. Only valet parking available as option. Hotel restaurant closed and about 10-15 min walk to nearby restaurants.

Clean rooms. Staff at the Starbucks in lobby was very nice.

I Didn't like the parking situation. We had to sit in a lane of traffic blocking the road for about 25 minutes before we could get through for valet to take the car.

I liked the convenience of the location, we were in for a Steelers game. Perfect location to walk right to the stadium.
