The couch had the texture of velcro. It was bizarrely rough. I used the extra linens to drape over it lol. The only true problem was trying to get wifi. My Roku was set up with their wifi, but could not remain connected despite passing the connection test. They gave me a number for their IT service and abandoned me to a help line. I could not understand the technician's words. Very accented broken English and soft spoken as well. Eventually I got the front desk to send someone. Then another person too. They managed to find a work around for the problem,but overall I wasted an hour and a half on this issue. They should provide a guide for their wifi issues at check in. Employees stated they used to have a flyer for guests, but must have stopped issuing it. This was really stressful as my plans were to binge watch movies in the evenings and enjoy activities during the day. The TV is huge, but I would have been stuck looking at my phone if the Wi-Fi failed.

The facilities were amazing. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Plenty of hot water for laundry and baths. Pete was great at the activity center, very friendly and helped keep everyone engaged. The room I was in was refurbished in an updated style.

Parking was iffy

Friendly staff, lots of fun things to do around the resort. The resort was beautiful, during Christmas time it had a lot of nice decorations outside. The room was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. The game rooms were fun and loved that the arcade was free to play, the trivia was so fun as well. 10/10 will book again

Getting charged twice and still trying to prove the resort charged me and booking.com charged me I have called emailed and cried still trying to get resolved deleting booking.com and never staying here again cannot afford it twice.

It is off season so it was really quiet. It is a time share property and we were in a unit that has not been remodeled yet but was still really nice. We were concerned about being badgered about sitting through a sales meeting. I made it clear on check in that we were on a pretty tight schedule. They didn’t really push the sales thing just let us know when the meetings were and if we could make it great. The arcade was a nice way to kill a little time and was free to play all games. The out door pool was closed for the season but the indoor pool was open can’t really comment on it didn’t have time to go.

Our only complaint is the check-in process. After driving for hours and arriving at dinnertime, we were not happy about the very long multi-stage check-in process that included trying to get us to attend a presentation sometime during our short visit. I understand that check-in may be the only guaranteed time to make this offer, but the process needs to be shortened. The woman who started our check in also seemed unsure how to use the system and took an unacceptably long time finding our reservation. We were tired, hungry, and eager to get to our room- please keep that in mind when hopefully revising the check-in process.

Our 2-bedroom suite was lovely, clean, spacious, convenient, and comfortable! We were even able to get an adjoining sweet with our in-laws, which was awesome! The resort has lots of fun amenities that would make us want to stay there again when the weather is nicer.

Living room furniture was not comfortable and was dated, master bathrooms needed updating, small vanity no room to place your hygiene products.

The ice machine didn't work and the heating was spotty. The maintenance team brought a fresh bag of ice rather than spend time messing with it! That was perfect for us.

I had a special request and the staff was able to accommodate without hesitation. Each maintenance issue was handled efficiently. Thanks to everyone!

The refundable deposit for a meeting that is apparently mandatory or you lose out on $40. Family got sick on the travels and couldn't make the meeting. They called 3 times within 15 minutes, after the whole family didn't sleep well the night before to ask if we were going to make it, well after the meeting was supposed to start and wanted to reschedule the meeting. They had to call 3 different times because it was discovered that not only was the handset for the phone dead, it could not be charged on the charging station.

The location is close to Busch Gardens. The area was clean. There were plenty of activities to do. The staff was friendly enough.
