The ice machine didn't work and the heating was spotty. The maintenance team brought a fresh bag of ice rather than spend time messing with it! That was perfect for us.

I had a special request and the staff was able to accommodate without hesitation. Each maintenance issue was handled efficiently. Thanks to everyone!

The refundable deposit for a meeting that is apparently mandatory or you lose out on $40. Family got sick on the travels and couldn't make the meeting. They called 3 times within 15 minutes, after the whole family didn't sleep well the night before to ask if we were going to make it, well after the meeting was supposed to start and wanted to reschedule the meeting. They had to call 3 different times because it was discovered that not only was the handset for the phone dead, it could not be charged on the charging station.

The location is close to Busch Gardens. The area was clean. There were plenty of activities to do. The staff was friendly enough.

There was not anything we disliked. The hair dryer was missing and replaced immediately.

The unit was recently renovated, and it was beautiful and very welcoming. The kitchen was well, supplied with utensils and dinnerware. The bed was comfortable. The furnishing were good quality and gave the unit sophisticated. The style and decor was fitting with the surrounding Colonial Williamsburg area.

The cable did not work in our bedroom.

The resort exceeded our expectations as this was our first staying there. We stayed in the two bedroom suite that was newly renovated. The renovations were great. The amenities were great as well. Our family enjoyed the movie theater, arcade, tennis courts and ping pong. The rooms were spacious and great for a family. The only knock was that the cable was not working in the master bedroom. They had just renovated and someone did not plug in the cable cord and the system would not work. Other than that it was a great value for the price and a great place to stay!

The rooms are a little bit outdated. And they might try to sell you a timeshare, just be prepared lol Also while there was security in the front, gps took me through the back and I got in without anyone asking anything. The hallway for each “house” is unlocked so anyone could get in there.

The timeshare pitch over the phone when calling about our stay was a bit awkward, I wasn’t aware that was going to happen.

Facilities were good, game room was surprisingly fun. People were very nice, and accommodated our somewhat late check-in. Electronic computer bowling was a very interesting pick.

The door to the unit had a big gap under allowing a cold draft to come through. Maybe install a door sweep on the door. Not sure if that's allowed but would definitely help with the cold air.

The location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Its quit and secure. Unit was clean . Everything in the unit was in perfect condition. and we look forward to our next visit there.
