Bad timing due to big renovation of full residental area which was not published

The complex is under going renovations, which we were notified about well before. The pool and hot tub were closed and the building was being resided. The construction was not too disruptive as we were out most of the day when the work was going on.

The room was large and comfortable. Fully supplied kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a living room with a pullout couch. We had a group of ladies enjoying a few days in beautiful Newport. We were all very happy with the resort.

The little arcade indoors is a rip off, but that was a minor thing.

The room was very spacious and well appointed. The pool was also great, we enjoyed swimming outdoors in the month of February! The hot tubs were great too!

The pool area outside is looking old and the jets on the hottub didn't work.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location to downtown and activities was excellent. We enjoyed swimming in the pool outside while it was freezing outside. The water temperature was perfect. The pool could use some updating, and the jacuzzi was hot, but the jets didn't work. That was disappointing. Overall, I was very pleased with this place and I plan to return.

Everything was great!

Lots to do with the awesome pool area and arcade room. We loved the size of the 2 bedroom suite. Lots of room to spread out with the kids. Very nice staff

There is nothing I do not like.

I absolutely love everything about this property. We can only get away during winter & early spring & this is where we always go. The staff is wonderful, always so friendly & go above & beyond. The rooms.. I can not say anything negative. They are absolutely perfect. The pool & hot tubs are our favorite.

No late evening movie start times offered. I didn’t like the twin beds, thought they should’ve been a full size .

Beds are super comfortable, water temp and pressure is perfect, halls smell so welcoming, and room was very clean and spacious. This was the first place we’ve stayed at with comfortable pull out sofa bed.

The staff were affective and did all that we asked of them, but possibly without too much pleasure. The shower in the separate shower room did not work, but we all used the other one quite happily.

Location, size of appartment, the quality (comfort) of the beds and rental price were all better than we had anticipated.

large unit. Nice swimout pool and hottubs. didn't use the theater, but they had kid movies which could provide good family respite. no real harbor views, but it's any easy walk to the harbor and thames st shops

We were only able to use the streaming service on the tv the first night of our stay. This service was not able to be accessed on our second and third nights of our stay. We called the 855 number on the screen and the front desk for assistance but it was not able to be resolved.

The unit we stayed in was clean and roomy. We liked the amenities that were offered. Great location!

Great location in the center of New Port. Really nice swimming pool area with free bbq's. Kids loved the hotel. Room was specious and very comfortable with good quality beds.

There seemed to be a leak of some kind in the hallway leading to our townhome which meant there were industrial fans blowing constantly. Inside the townhome the showers were a bit difficult to reach the correct temperature and water pressure. The upstairs bathroom especially since the water was coming out of the shower head and faucet simultaneously. There was no way to correct it.

The townhome was large enough and had a very comfortable bed with tvs in each room. The full size kitchen was also very convenient. The location was superb as we were attending an event on goat island which was right around the corner.

This is an awesome place for a stay for a family in the off season in Newport! Room is spacious and comfy and perfect for a big family.
