Check in was also a sales presentation. I am in sales and didn't feel like being pressured into a presentation upon arrival. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, I ended up sharing the bed with my friend.

Spacious room, clean inside the room. Free parking not far from room, with elevator available for people who have a hard time going up and down stairs. The jacuzzi tub was awesome and made the price worth it.

The rooms need updating. It feels like you are staying in an older apartment and not a resort. The sleeper sofa in the living room is really hard even just to sit on. The area is right next to Opryland Hotel but there is nothing else convenient to this location.

I really liked the amount of pools they had, indoor, outdoor and a kiddie pool. The grounds are really nice and it's very peaceful. There were grills and picnic tables available near the rooms too.

They had a shuttle to take you to downtown Nashville every top of the hour and they have onsite activities throughout the day.

I didn’t like when we first arrived they sent us over to get our welcome package and wanted us to do a SURVEY .we signed up but we told them we are not buying anything after 2 and 1/2 hrs trying to get us to buy into whydham so we can get free shuttle and Johnny cash tickets and then bringing on another worker trying to pitch we had to go to another office where they filled out papers to get tickets. We had to go, we gave them a time limit they said no problem but continued on trying to pitch. So you struck out Place was nice but will never do that again

A few of the outlets did not work. Main light in the bedroom did not work. We were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator. That made it a little tough getting things to and from the room. The indoor pool was too cold for me to want to swim in. Room was a little small for the four people in my group.

Carpets could stand a deep cleaning. Higher water pressure in the room would be nice esp when multiple water supplies (e.g. two faucets) are being used at the same time. Don't pressure guests to attend the sales pitch; stating "not interested" once should suffice. The sales pitch team needs to get current on local eateries as some dining establishments suggested were closed.

Accessible location, very close to Opryland and the airport. Nice spacious room. Functioning elevator. The lady who checked us in was awesome, very knowledgable of the facility, friendly and welcoming.

The outside patio has spiders and webs all over the place so I couldn’t enjoy sitting out there The Bed was like sleeping on plywood.. very VERY Hard This part isn’t anyone’s fault but I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and I had to kill the biggest spider I’ve ever seen then I couldn’t go back to sleep… huge fear of spiders lol
