Love Edisto Island and the amenities that Wyndham offers. The beach (and dolphins) are fantastic, the pools are lovely and the playground and putt putt is a big hit. We love the island for a low key, relaxing vacation. Botany Bay was fantastic!

The initial check in was very good, staff pleasant and attentive. Very informative as to things to do on the resort and the island. The good service stopped there. You're given a phone number for 24 hour service but no one answers or they've taken phone off the hook. A storm knocked out the power and wifi. The power was restored within a few hours by power company for which we were happy and surprised it was restored so soon. The storm knocked the wifi off line and when we called to make staff aware, after multiple calls and texts, they said they'd send someone right over. No one came. The in room emergency phone was wifi calling only...so no in room phone.. we weren't very bothered by this fact but the fact this condo is outside the resort gates with no one answering phones, and no one available for emergencies like broken water pipes, etc. We finally got someone to address the wifi issue on day 2 and they said it would be fixed but it still wasn't fixed by day we left on day 4. This condo unit is outside resort gates so to get any help you have to drive to front check in about 1/4 mile away.

We really like the location of the Marshpoint condos, just off the bay, and easy beach access. The condo unit we stayed in was 2 bedroom and recently updated. Great beds, pillows, and cozy bedding. Full size kitchen, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes glasses etc. The room was very quiet, there was a windy night and we didn't hear it at all.

Wifi was poor., tv reception went out during a storm. Condo was third floor walk up.

There were no outdoor lights in our unit and the one above, where our son’s family stayed. We called the office where we checked in and were told that they could not do anything about it. It was pitch dark at 6:30 and we could not even see the steps. I then called the Ocean Ridge office and they sent a very helpful gentleman who replaced the burned out bulbs and fixed the timer so light came on. Please tell the check out people not to hand out info that says “ 24 hour service, just contact us” unless they’re actually willing to respond. Ours was a safety situation.

Space was good for a family. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable.

In my opinion, check in time was late in day at 4 p.m.. which means we lost a whole day before enjoying Edisto. Check out time was too early for us at 10 a.m... depending on tide levels... we'd of liked to walk the beach that last morning and come back to shower before leaving but there really wasn't enough time for that. We still believe this is a great place to stay for couples or families with only the very minor details of check in/out times. We will definitely be returning.

This place was more than we expected! Value for money, cleanliness, comfortable beds and bedding, amenities, pools, bike paths friendly staff. Lots of walking paths, great beach access. Very quiet in our condo which was wonderful for our two night escape.

Condo furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Location to beach very good. Just a walk across the street.

Well we wanted to use the pool first thing in the morning, but they were out there cutting trees at 8:00 in the morning. Please do that on the off season. Families with young kids may still be sleeping or they want to use the pool or hot tub.

Would definitely book a room on the top floor. The people above us paced back and forth one end to the other all night and the floor/ceiling squeaked and kept me up at night.

A few things were a bit vague, still waiting on a refund for attending a time share meeting.

Quiet area, close to the beach, accommodations, local restaurants close by, non-commercial. Everyone we encountered appeared pleasant and helpful.
