The two bedroom deluxe apartment would not be what I would call delux in size or amenities.. It was 1970s dated with certain things not up to 2023 standards. (Electric, appliances, amenities.)

The split floor unit we stayed in had a one zone system the froze the master bedroom downstairs but yet the upstairs was hot. We had to cut off the system and open the door to get it a comfortable 70 degrees. The hvac needs a two zone system

I was traveling to Pagosa Springs to visit family. I was traveling with family members and wanted everyone to be comfortable but yet have privacy. I spoke to Joanne and Teresa and both were amazing at listening to my families needs and making suggestions of the best floor-plan. I am in the resort management business innSouth Carolina and I can say they went over and beyond. Once arriving we were greeted by Angelica and Monte who made us feel super welcome and made suggestions of great places to eat. The reaort was beautiful and well maintained. The setting is beautiful but again this resorts best attribute is the staff. I hope to travel to Pagosa Springs again and will definitely return.

We arrived at sunset. We couldn't find the apartment even with a map in hand. The property is huge and not well lit at all. We had to go back to the office and get better directions. We should have scanned the QR code, which would have directed our GPS to the exact apartment. Better lighting and signage would have been appreciated. There wasn't much storage or counterspace for suitcases, toiletries, access to closet. Pool and activity building wasn't conveniently located. Didn't even go there. Activites/pool closed at 8:30. So many things to do in Pagosa Springs during the daytime, we didnt utilize the pool. If it would have been open later, we probably would have used it. We only stayed 2 nights.

Having an apartment and full size fully equipped kitchen with a separate bedroom/living room was very appreciated. My husband had a migraine and needed to rest in the dark/quiet room. He could easily do this, and I had freedom to move around and not distrub him. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient. The price was so reasonable. So far, there was no pressure or sales pitch for a time share, but I did notice I got an email the morning we left about potential time share possibility.

The suite was not the one shown in the photos and had a smaller living room and kitchen than those in the photos. The porch, which was nice, unfortunately faced a road that was too busy with traffic to be relaxing. If our unit had faced upon the golf course in back like some of the other units it would have been perfect.

It had everything we needed. All of the furnishings were of good quality. Excellent value and very clean. Like a small apartment, with a full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate bedroom and washer and dryer. The covered porch was nice.

First time stay here the directions to the place we stayed in was a little difficult to manage we had to turn around many times because our sense of direction from the map were off.

What a wonderful place to stay, beautiful Golf was great! Close to everything you could want or need the staff was extremely courteous and happy to answer any questions.

Pool was out of service. It was one of the primary reasons we selected this location. We weren't there much of the time, but experienced an internet outage. We were looking forward to some screen time after a long day. Fortunately my son brought his tablet
