The roads are filled with pot holes leading to the rooms. Very dark and hard to find hotel room and the QR code led me to the wrong area

Update floor boards in bathroom for easy cleaning. And sugar ants in the kitchen, but we kept things clean and there wasn’t many.

Not only did we like our condo, we loved it. It’s was comfortable and quiet. Beautiful views and the husband made breakfast on the patio with our flat top.

There are way too many pot holes in the asphalt when driving. This is my only complaint.

the little apartment was clean, updated and felt very nice. It was so cozy and fairly priced. The small ponds were beautiful to look at. We didn't get a chance to walk around but it also wasn't super warm to do this.

Beautiful surroundings, close to everything! Friendly staff! Art projects for the kids!

Our unit was right on the Lake! It was very beautiful and relaxing to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the dining room window or deck. The hot air balloons drifted by often! The loft unit had 4 queen sized beds! Just a wonderful experience!

Our gas fireplace didn’t have any lighter so we had to call maintenance every time we wanted to use it. It would have been nice to be provided a lighter to use ourselves. Also, the WiFi was not secure. We were disappointed the activities center closed so early. We didn’t get to use it since we were skiing during the day.

We had a two bedroom condo which was very roomy for the four of us. It had a beautiful view of the mountains. We also liked having a full size kitchen and fireplace. The indoor pool and exercise facilities were great.

Location convenient to all local spots. Very comfortable. The resort laid out very well. Near the Recreation Center.

Slight con would be that it is on the opposite end of town further away from the ski resort (but across from Walmart so that’s helpful). It is very dark at night so hard to see the buildings (but this also makes it more tranquil)

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They had papers ready to hand out with times for the pool, workout gym, and random activities. Our room which was larger than our first apartment was well stocked with everything we could need and made the awesome.

The condo was even nicer in person, very spacious and modern. It was very quiet too. We had a fantastic view out the back door of the lake and mountains. We were close to all of our activities and downtown Pagosa. I will definitely stay here again!

Heating in the unit was uneven. Bathroom hot, but the living room was cool. Dish television has no music channels. Make sure you check in during the day, because the units are hard to find at night. The subdivision where these units are mixed up in is convoluted. Use the physical map. The app that they have to find your unit doesn't work well at all.

Great apartment for the money. Nicely renovated unit with full kitchen and diswasher.
