Location is perfect for the cruise port and courtesy shuttle to the airport

Had a water issue the first night, moved to another room, loud music from restaurant below, WiFi issue which was quickly resolved.

Bathroom needed updating. Toilet fixture rocked, shower head water flow very low and temperature difficult to adjust.

Location was great, particularly if joining a cruise after the stay. The terminal is a short walk and visible from hotel. Balcony adjacent to room was a very nice feature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive.

Hotel was a little tired and worn around the edges. Proximity to the airport makes it noisy especially on bay side. You would have thought that double glazing would have been fitted years ago but single glazed old style patio doors. Hotel caters for one night stays servicing the cruise ships that dock opposite. Very noisy but the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Could not fault the location of the hotel close to all areas and great view in bayside rooms. Very clean and rooms fully serviced daily.

Didn't like reserving through booking.com. It was a nightmare,correct information was not communicated to hotel. Hotel had names mixed up and said they didn't show our reservation even though I gave them and showed them my confirmation # on the app. I will never use booking.com and have canceled future reservations with them.

Hotel restaurant was great for dinner but breakfast was a little disappointing. Would have preferred a buffet style breakfast typical to most hotels instead of ordering off the menu. Also one morning one of the young male staff members seemed very eager for me to pay and leave even though it was early in the morning and I hadn't been there for that long and it wasn't crowded at all.

Hotel is centrally located in San Diego. Rooms were well presented and spacious. City view from the room balcony was superb. Airport shuttle was appreciated.

The room it self had a slide door to the balcony that needed to be sealed more efficiently because we had cold air coming in the room. The room was out dated. Couldn’t get a hold of the front desk with the telephone provided in the room, and when I used my cell phone to call and still didn’t answer so I had to look for the lady that cleans the rooms and she helped me and was really nice. Tv in the room didn’t have Bluetooth.

The view was the best! We were situated in the first tower which gave us a great view of the harbor.

I feel the hotel is somewhat dated. The bathrooms are very small, set ups inconvenient, terrible lighting and no privacy at all with the frosted doors. Beds are very comfortable.

Parking fee, should be disclosed with room charge when paying for entire stay online. Work with Google gps, because the directions that I typed in brought us to the back of the hotel.

Cons: The room furniture and carpet are old; everything was clean but not super clean - found a couple of hair in the shower wall, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again

Strange placement of lighting switches. None very accessible at night after being out all day and returning at night to dark, hard to find light switches. Sunday and Monday front desk staff was rude and just not so helpful.

Luis, at the the front desk and manager Chris. Wonderful, accommodating front desk manager and front desk miracle workers that have a flair for making people welcomed and valued. They take extra steps to make sure guests are happy with all desires. We booked in early, and accommodations were made for our early arrival. They changed our room without a second thought after we were unhappy with our first room.. (we paid for a bigger room). All was made right by them, upgrading to a beautiful room on an upper floor.

Slow seating when restaurant was empty, waitress spoke way to fast for some of our guest with hearing aids, wasn’t willing to give military discount to our vet unless we paid in one check. Totally wrong to do that, guess it’s their way of not honoring vets
