When booking you are not allowed to choose ocean front room. Everyone seemingly has to pay the same rate for the rooms whether you are oceanfront or not! We were lucky to have Tatyana check us in because she was able to find a last minute ocean front room for us!!!

The location and accommodations were amazing! We were able to fully enjoy our weekend!

As we have seen with all Wyndham properties, you are forced to listen to a sales rep try and convince you to attend a presentation about purchasing timeshares just to get your room keys. It’s like they’re holding them hostage. This is something we do not like and are not interested in and don’t appreciate having to go through this each time we stay at a Wyndham property. We had already had a long day, and we just wanted to go to our room, not spend another 15 to 20 minutes listening to them about that. They were very nice, but it would be better if you were given the option to choose whether to hear about all that or not. As nice as this hotel was, we will probably not be back just to avoid the timeshare conversation. Also, their parking garage only takes up two levels of the hotel and has very little parking overall. There aren’t enough spaces for everyone in the hotel, so if there isn’t a space available, you have to park in an open lot across the street.

One of our favorite things about the property was how nice the elevators were, and they were extremely fast compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. We never had to wait long for an elevator on the sixth floor. The location was great and allowed for easy commute between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. The staff at check-in were really nice, especially Destiny and Shar.

That this was a timeshare and not a hotel, which was deceiving in the booking. I did not like the hard sell once we arrived. Not cool Booking.com.

If you weren't in back earlier for the night parking was very limited. You would have to park across the street. Spaces to park under at the hotel were small so mainly smaller cars and suv s best. Trucks vans or larger vehicles park across the street

Great value off season rate. Very much room with everything you need to just stay there except for food and drink that you bring yourself. Elevators were really fast....not much wait for the 7th floor.

The entrance door to my apartment had a door-catcher device , but didn’t have a second deadbolt lock.

The property was very clean. The kitchen appliances were modern and in good order. I was delighted being here on my mini-vaca!

No restaurant or bar on the premises. Would have liked king size pillows. Didn’t like the heat the blow usually felt cool coming out. A light in the laundry area could have helped.

The up front fee of 250.00 added to our credit card upon arrival for "damage". Should be refunded in a few days. But not transparent when booking. Should be in big bright red letters. Made the initial charge over 400.00 for the stay. Not acceptable.
