The first night we stayed there was very windy. With other words, there was quite a bit of wave action. Which, of course, makes a houseboat move. At night, the walkway down to the houseboat was rolling back and forth, making a lot of noise. Plus the tv came on all by itself in the middle of the night. Another not so great item, not the facilities fault at all. Since you are very close to your neighbor when sitting on the veranda in the back, and they are smokers, and smoking bothers you, this will make it uncomfortable for you. I had to come inside the boat. But like I said, not anybody's fault, only my total dislike to cigarette smoke.

We enjoyed the location. Convenient to the destinations, like Key West, we wanted to see. Having the Publix within walking distance was a major plus. Plus, ample choice of restaurants nearby. The boat was very spacious and clean. The appliances in top shape. We were very lucky to have quiet neighbors on both sides, considering how close you are to them. We really enjoyed the view from the veranda in the back of the boat, so relaxing and peaceful. On the last morning, we did observe a family of manatees. It made my day to see them.

A wonderful stay in a nice, well maintained, and clean houseboat!! Sunrises and sunsets on the deck overlooking the bay, with an occasional Manatee joining us! Perfect sums up our stay!

The boats are very close so The only thing I would change is to put some type of blinds between them for a little privacy. Our neighbors were great while we were there so we had no issues. Most definitely will stay here again!!

The Aqua lodge was extremely clean and updated. They made use of every inch of space. The canal it’s on is very peaceful and quiet and a manatee would swim right next to our boat.

NOTHING!!!!! IT WAS A PERFECT! EVEN THE SIGN IN THE BATHROOM! The neighbourig house had a motion sensor light was annoying!!!! (Nothing the resort can do about).

Everything....the location! the decor! the ambiance!, the amenities! ..even bikes .....it was HEAVEN!!!!! Our little house boat had a perfect layout with 2 bedroom...a well supplied kitchen...stove and fridge and BBQ...awesome deck.....LOVE..LOVE..LOVED IT. BEST PLACE MY SISTER AND I HAVE EVER STAYED!!!!! so sad to look at the photo...we didn't want to leave!!! We rode the bikes to Sombreo Beach for an evening g swim then rode back in wet bathing suits...just like we did when we were kids. Coffee, breakfast and dinner on the deck with a view down the channel and a manate siting thrown in for good measure!!!!!

Cleaning fee was excessive and disclosure on booking.com could have been better.

Awesome little houseboat in a marina in the Keys...what more could you ask for? Great sunset with cocktails on the deck. Comfy beds.

So fun to stay in an aqualodge! Much roomier than I expected. Loved the extra amenities like the grills, bikes, and kayaks. The back deck was awesome.

I'm short & the beds are fairly high & if you have more than just the 2 of you, just know that you cross into the 2nd bedroom to access the bathroom.

We loved our time @ Yacht Haven. Lovely quiet setting & we did have some manatees visit while we were enjoying time on our deck. The location was great for us since we were down with lots of other people all staying in various places around Marathon. Sombrero Beach is just under 2 miles down the road. You can use the bikes available to guests to visit the beach & not have to struggle to park a car. They also have kayaks available to use. The aqua lodge kitchen was very well equipped w/all the basics. The staff were all so gracious & friendly. We would absolutely stay in an aqua lodge again. We may just have to check out the other locations in the Keys.

What a find! We stayed at Yacht Haven for three nights, my only complaint is, it wasn’t long enough! We hired two houseboats next door to each other as my husband and I were on holiday with his daughter, her husband and three grandchildren. We were wanting something relaxing after a hectic week in Disney…..and we definitely found it! What a place, the houseboats were so unique and immaculately clean, also they were really well stocked, with comfortable beds and really spacious for their size. We also had the added bonus of our morning visits from the friendly Manatees. I could go on and on, but everyone needs to experience this little piece of heaven once in their lives!! 🤗

I recommend this to all I wish I could stay longer. I will definitely be going back. My dogs even had the time of their lives. Oh, I almost forgot to mention off her boat house. There's always sea life attracting your attention from manatees to tarpon,jellyfish, even a dolfine.

Everything was amazing the staff,boat,location,amenities, beach,bbq my whole family loved it even brought a guess from Cali a friend and he loved it. I will tell the world of this place thanks 😊 🙏

The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. The gentle rocking of the boat and the black out curtains was a great combination. I slept like a rock! The sun setting over the trees was beautiful. The manatees visiting was a bonus. The woman at the desk was helpful in guiding us about local things to do. There is a Publix right through the fence. You could literally park your car and grab some groceries and just chill. I would definitely go back.

When this place has its own pool it will be amazing.

This was a fun and unique experience. The houseboat was well supplied with necessities like cook and dinner ware. The beds are comfy and the location is perfect in quiet Marathon only about an hour from Key West making it very easy for day trips. Access to the Cabana Club is a definite plus, especially with kids. Also we saw lots of wildlife including MANATEES, tarpon, various birds, and a SHARK - all while enjoying breakfast outside. We will be back!

Parking lot looks like a parking lot. If the weather is bad, there is no indoor table to eat at.

Great to be docked on the water. Saw manatees a couple of mornings, very close up. All environmentally friendly soaps and cleaners provided. Very short walk to Publix's for groceries. Short drive to public beach. Boat was new and comfortable. Nice outdoor table on boat for eating, coffee, etc.

The situation is really great, in the Keys- Marathon. In the Marina itself, and a place to park a car. The houses are so nice ! and to have an outside area with a table and chairs to have the breakfast there, this is amazing ! We will never forget our stay here !
