I didn't like the noise from the hallway and the slam of the doors as people came and went. The other guests were pretty quiet after 10pm, but for those who had to leave early there were slams as the door fell back to the closed position while i was still trying to sleep. The noise was from the halls, no problems with hearing other people in adjacent rooms through adjoining walls. My parents had an adjacent King room. My mother is a 5'3" and a stroke survivor. She had little trouble getting up on to the bed. The beds were a little too high for her.

I was able to make the room dark, only the microwave had a perpetual light on it and I was able to cover it by draping a hand towel over the microwave display. I stayed in a standard King bed room. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I was able to find one that flattened out enough to actually not hurt my neck. I don't eat breakfast, but there was a good selection of hot foods and cold breakfast items. The staff seemed very cordial and accommodating.

The water wasn't running due to damage, which while I understand, it did dampen the experience for the majority of one of our couple days.

Room was very comforting and lovely, aside from the view just being a bush and a building, which isn't something that can be very controlled, it was a nice experience. :)

Carpets were dirty and need to be deep cleaned (they smelled), need more washer/dryer, trash bins way too small, each floor should have its own ice machine.

Room size is as good, laundry option and breakfast.

Although I know it is no fault of the staff or hotel the room had a smoke odor. However the breakfast exceeded our expectations!

The whirlpool suite was fabulous. The linens and the bed were great.

Breakfast was the same all three days. Would have been nice to have a variety and different selections. Cinnamon rolls were completely frozen one morning. Saw several bugs in my room

Breakfast was horrible. The breakfast attendant obviously needed help. The tables were dirty, the trash was overflowing, and they were out of most items. When the items were restocked, the eggs, sausage, and french toast were all cold. When they finally brought milk for the cereal, it was not even cold. The cinnamon buns were cold and seemed like they were still partially frozen. They didn't offer sheets for the sleeper sofa in a suite, and there were not enough towels for everyone in our group to take a shower even though the reservation clearly stated the number of people in the group.

Check-in was quck and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the hotel pool.

My sofa bed was not cleaned from before. There was a pair of shoes inside the bed and it was dirty. My hair dryer caught on fire.

Shower didn’t work properly… very low water pressure & water never got warm or hot. Could barely tolerate the temp long enough to shower. Lighting above sink area too dim. Would prefer to have at least 4 towel sets available (ours only had 3 & when I asked for more towels; I was told I had to bring used towels to exchange. ) Front Desk Staff was not organized; Did not properly Welcome Preferred Members & rude when I asked about additional towels. Friendliness goes a long way.

Location is great; convenient to a lot of amenities. Hotel was Clean; rooms were clean and comfortable. Like the warm continental style breakfast that is offered.

We didn't receive enough wash clothes for the amount of ppl that were in our room and there weren't any towels available for the pool.

The staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate as best they could. The pool was open and at a reasonable time.

The pool was still being fixed up and the heater was still broke so they were allowing guests to swim in a cold pool at their own risk which I wish they wouldn’t have announced because my kids were upset when I said No but we are hoping by the next stay it is fixed and ready for the kids to enjoy!

The location is great! It is right next to Marcellos which has amazing pizza, subs, wings, and tons of food options. It is also right across the road from Saubels market if you want to go buy drinks or food for the room. Every staff member we encountered were respectful, kind, had a smile on their face, and if it was in their ability they fixed any issue that arose. The beds are very comfortable in between firm and pillow top soft and they give you two soft and two firm pillows on each bed. The breakfast was exceptional- bacon, Turkey sausage, 3 types of eggs: scrambled, fried, and cheese omelet, muffins, bagels with pb or cream cheese, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee, tea,! The hotel smelled clean and looked clean and we felt safe and comfortable here with our children.

Not a huge deal, but was not greeted as an IHG member. No idea if I received point for my stay. The fitness center door is busted, no lock, and there was no way to clean the equip. I notified front desk. She was more interested in talking on the phone than addressing any customer issues it seemed. I had to kill a pretty disgusting large bug in the bathroom. There are no towel hooks except the back of the door to hang your bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, etc.

Guestroom was dirty, dusty, and red stains (blood?) on the curtains. Old soap in the bathroom. Cracks in the walls. Overall, it should have been cleaner and nicer for the price.
