Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of Americathe only thing that was really unacceptable was the policy on the pool & hottub. When you're in business meetings or out al day and you want to enjoy a swim or soak after dinner but the hot tub closes every night at sundown its a ripoff because that feature is why i picked your hotel.
the staff and amenities were great

Belgiumeverything was great. I missed just a small shelf or a console where one could put down car keys, phone, little things which tend to get lost too easy when you travel.
Great , comfortable studio in a hotel complex, thus one gets the comfot of a private studio with the amenities and security and assistance of the hotel. Very nice surprise with the swimming pool- heated, on the 6th floor (outdoors) fo the hotel. Beautiful sunset views from there! Very nice and helpful staff. Perfect locaiton to visit Miani and its neighbourhoods either by car or by public transport (the later not as efficient as in europe though). Parking place very close to the hotel at 15$ a day rate.

United States of America1) The apartment was not clean. Bathroom and kitchen clean, windows dirty and standing dust on all interior window ledges and on floor around the bed/sofa. 2) There should be at least a couple of Coffee Pods and a roll of paper towels or kitchen towel. There were no paper towel or kitcehn towels. In most rentals there are a few of the normal necessities to wipe down counters and a few pods of coffee & tea and a bottle of water. This apt was nice but this owner does not provide anything in the apartment to get the trrveler through the 1st evening/night. 3) No wash clothes just a few bath towels and a hand towel.

United States of AmericaI wasn’t aware that I was booking an air b and b when I got this room. They have 2 separate entrances; one for hotel guests and then a residential entrance for guests with air b and b reservations. The hotel side seemed a lot cleaner and when they sent me over to the other side I knew it was going to be different. The room was DIRTY, crumbs on the counter, floor wasn’t swept, refrigerator was dirty. Thank god we were only there one night before our cruise. Not in a very good part of town either.
The location was close to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel had a very nice bar and restaurant.

United States of AmericaThe parking was very hard to find and could cost upwards of $30+ for overnight parking. (I suggest uber or public transportation as it cost to park everywhere in Miami) You have to download an app the access the key to the property The unit was dirty and had a giant hole cut in the ceiling above the shower making the shower unusable. (not mentioned by management) My family was scared to use the shower while we stayed at the condo. There were dirty dishes, glasses and the property didn't look too clean. The neighborhood is in the city so with that being said it comes with all the up's and down's of being in the city. I reached out to management and I was told the ceiling was removed due to water damage and the shower was okay to use. They had no other accommodations for us and it was two days before Christmas. What person in their right mind would go into a unit the day of check-in and cut out the drywall leaving a hole in the ceiling above the shower and not notify the guest. A person that greedy and unethical, that's who. My Christmas vacation was ruined but we made the best of it.
The hotel staff was nice. The property itself was actually nice, but the unit not so much. The condo is within walking distance of Bayside Market place, restaurants and shops. The view from the condo was nice. The property is made up of hotel rooms, resident living and short term rentals. You have access to the gym, pool and other amenities.
