maybe more seating area for breakfast little crowded on weekends. the Spa is in transition should be told to guest when booking no soap in bathroom and it was just very bare not an inviting experience.

The proximity of our room to the outdoor alley made it a bit uncomfortable at night when we could hear people walking by and talking a bit loud.

We stayed at the Villagio Hotel and had an amazing time there. The room was very spacious and comfortable, well equipped and perfect for the 2 of us. Also, the location of this hotel is very convenient. We walked to many amazing restaurants and Yountville is overall a very nice city to explore.

Pool needs a bit of care but it was a wonderful gathering space.

Great location, wonderful valet workers!! Things were a little dated but snacks and waters in the room more than made up for it. I wished there were some protein with breakfast but it was all wonderful!!

Though the estate is very good looking and set up well, it was more ‘Motel’ style than I expected from the website. Rooms were very nice, clean. But, didn’t have a ton of desire to sit on the balcony. For all the great amenities, was surprised the breakfast didn’t include more

There were a few things to share that would have made our stay more pleasant. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not operational (and do understand the reason) but thought that installing gas fireplaces would provide that extra ambiance and heat without the fear associated with log fires. We were not used to having a "no closet" closet, and wished there had been 1-2 luggage racks as we had trouble finding space for 2 suitcases and hanging clothes. The bathroom was very luxurious but again, we needed more hooks, especially at the shower to hang towels. We did wish there had been instructions for how to use the coffee maker (we failed twice in our attempts to place the pods correctly) but eventually figured it out. We were also surprised there was no traditional iron and ironing board (though realize it does take up space especially without a true closet), but we had to look up on YouTube how to add water to the Rowenta Steamer as no instructions were provided. Finally, we were not always able to get hot water from either bathroom sink, even when letting the water run for minutes.

Our room (s) were lovely, spacious and we loved the "free" snack basket. It was also a surprise to receive such a wonderful birthday welcome with champagne and dessert! Although the weather was not ideal, we enjoyed being upstairs and having a private balcony. The bathtub was lovely and the added gifts from the spa were wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi were also great, even in the rain! The wine tasting in the lobby was very fun. We enjoyed talking with the winemaker. We also really liked breakfast in the mornings. We enjoyed both inside and outside dining for breakfast, and the heat lamps helped us stay warm while sitting poolside. What a joy to have live piano music in the morning and evenings when in the lobby. Our desk assistant, Yasmine, was so accommodating upon arrival and gave us rooms to accommodate our needs and made sure we were satisfied. The valet workers who greeted us by name each day during our stay were also exceptional in their efforts to make us feel welcome. We also loved having so many movie choices on the TV (though we had no time to watch any) but did take advantage of the music stations provided and had music playing while in the room. Additionally, we loved that umbrellas were provided during our stay. Although we had our own, it was so much easier to use those your team provided (and they absolutely were needed on our walks around town). The grounds were lovely (the olive trees that lined the paths were wonderful)! Thank you for your care and consideration.

We were moved from the vintage house to hotel Villagio due to construction and there was some construction on site. Overall, very good.

The room had many windows and was located on the first floor. There was not as much privacy as we would prefer. The sink looked as if it was painted over the granite. The scrub provided was 1/2 empty and looked like it was used.

The property has a great location in Yountville with easy walking to a lot of places. Great brunch each day that was complementary.

Everything was perfect.

Above expectations in every way. Gorgeous, incredibly spacious, airy room in beautiful hotel. Fantastic location. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I booked the room I mentioned my husbands birthday. We were greeted at check in and in room with a bottle of wine and a fresh cheese, fruit, cracker and nut platter with a lovely birthday message. Breakfast is delicious and you can request items that aren’t out at buffet. We used the spa the day we checked out and the hotel was gracious enough to give us late check out so that we could shower and pack after our treatments.
