It was full of people with dogs. I love dogs, but not in my hotel, due to allergies It was rainy...can only imagine the rooms... The hotel's vibe was not for us...it was very dark. It was a nice hotel, just not what I was looking for. Also, the location was out of the way from where we spent most of our time, but that was my fault for not paying more attention when booking.

The noise at the restaurant at the lobby travels through the rooms. We were on the 2nd floor and found it uncomfortable to watch tv over the music noise

It was very tiny, dark even though I d assume thats the style, and very loud Once arrived we had only one robe in the room so I went to reception and requested additional one. It was brought to us. Where the problem? Midnight we sleep and suddenly someone knocks the door and knocks again and again and again…. Super scary. The person was dressed in the hotel outfit but why? Who is that? Not clear. Robe was brought to us long ago. On reception nobody knows the details Because this place is very loud and party oriented and messy it’s also very dangerous so be carful and avoid night knocks at your door

Time of the breakfast during the week was from 7 until 9. Too early when you are visiting. It was always crowd, difficult to find a table. Difficult for the staff to maintain everything at the buffet.

We really missed have a microwave at room.

Modern decor, clean room, well-used space, daily room service, but without a doubt what won my heart was Karl Lagerfeld's bathroom line.

We used valet service for parking. The key chain given to use had 2 key fobs on it. When we left the key was given to my wife and I didn’t notice the second fob was not attached. Who can I talk to about this?

You get charged a city cap 30usd per day if you book through a third party platform. This wasn't clearly advertised and requires improvements.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I do, however, wish the receptionist on duty would have called up to my room for my doordash order or even dropped it at my door instead of “throwing it away”.

I loved the location! Absolutely perfect to experience downtown without renting a car. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL. I saw complaints about the shower. The water does come out BUT they give you runner towels specifically to be place by the shower to help with that. Confirming there is no vent in the bathroom BUT that gives you a reason to venture to the lobby (that’s what I did) which is stunning. We didn’t dine at the restaurant but the bar, Mercy Me I believe, drinks were great

I liked everything about the room except for the shower I just didn’t understand why there wasn’t any type of door and it caused issues with water draining into the actual bathroom part

I like most of everything I love there was a restaurant or a couple of restaurants attached also like that, they offered you vintage record player for your staying, even though I didn’t take one scream

No microwave and there was no fan in bathroom. It helps to have a fan if one takes a big dump.

Polite and friendly staff, lively restaurant downstairs with something always going on (but not so lively thay I couldn't sleep or didn't feel safe), attractive rooms, great location. The surrounding neighbourhood is pretty and quiet, but you're still close to activities, restaurants, hospitals, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

The bathroom door didn’t shut as it was a barn door to save space, I’m sure. It also didn’t have a vent so those with shy bladders traveling with others, would have a slightly difficult time.

Love the vibe of the hotel and decorations! The staff was great!
