Excellent friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet room in the busy Gaslamp district, so lots of options for food/drinks/fun close by. Trendy vibe and decor. Coffee in room or downstairs and good breakfast cafes within a few blocks. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

location is great, didn't realize until after I made reservation that there is no parking available. Also the daily fees were not expexted. Very clean room, love the bright colors. The water and coffee are a nice bonus. Very comfortable beds! And staff is very friendly. I would stay there again.

The only issue we had was the sofa bed had no linens, no pillows, etc. just a mattress pad. Called the front desk and someone brought up the linens.

Room was extremely quiet and very clean. Furnishings looked well taken care of.

Wonderful hotel situated in a prime San Diego location. My favourite out of 6 during a Highway 1 road trip. Loved the Dash the dog theme.

No quibbles at all.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Even better, there were two duvets to mix or not. Nearby were good breakfast restaurants, so we were well taken care of. There were big hotel umbrellas as well to borrow as needed. We would stay here again!

No parking, and didnt get the room i reserved. the picture showed it was more spacious and the one i reeived wasnt but it worked for the night i was there.

The bed comfort was amazing and clean. The location of the hotel itself was great and walking distance from the gaslamp and all the events near by.

The room was on the first floor with a "view" of a concrete walkway. Also the room has an offputting smell. The hotel welsomes pets and it seemed like perhaps pet odors were part of the issue.

The location is perfect to enjoy all the Gaslamp District. has to offer. The staff were very friendly. The welcome beverage is a fabulous way to get your vacation started.

The beds are super comfy and I love the comforters. The hotel room and hallways were very clean. We had fun using the bicycles. The front desk staff is great. It felt safe to walk in the neighborhood even though there were many homeless people that 'live' in the gaslamp district.

The hotel is bright and fun, the staff attentive, friendly, and kind. It’s comfortable, they serve afternoon tea and cookies, offer a welcome drink, and have games to play and bikes to borrow in the lobby. Walking distance to Shoreline Village and a ton of restaurants, this place is perfect!

The room is tiny while there are no necessary things such as a mini-fridge or an iron.

The place is very clean, and the location is very convenient plus the good house keeping service and the free bikes for convenience. They are also very thoughtful to prepare umbrellas for the rainy weather. The young people work at the front desk are super friendly and helpful all the time!

Location is excellent! Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and two complimentary drinks. Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary water bottle and refill station was a nice added perk!

Fantastic hotel, you can praise above all the affection shown to your guests. Clean, great location, anyway, they could have a chain all over the US, which would definitely be my choice every time.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Convention Centre in the Gaslight district - it's less than a 5 minute walk to the convention center. The desk staff were terrific. The rooms were very comfortable.
