Mia was wonderful to deal with. The hotel is adorable and located right within walking distance to everything, plus just a 3 minute drive to Kontokosta Winery which was a plus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and having robes available was a nice touch. The room had a beautiful porch outside a beautiful glass door and it overlooks a garden. It must be stunning in the nicer weather!

Rooms are a bit small, because it is a former house, but there is ample space in shared living rooms, reading rooms.

Although the deal was for a room without breakfast, the hotel offered some juice, coffee and snacks in the morning, as well as some tea and cookies in the afternoon, which was great.

The only issue that I found was that I had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the private suite but I'd consider that a me problem.

I love traveling to Greenport but this is the first I've stayed for a few days. Zey Hotel is great if you're looking for a chic but casual experience. It's relaxing and Mia was the sweetest hotel manager ever. They served a continental breakfast every morning. There's also soft , enjoyable music playing throughout the hotel which added a spa like environment.

Location was great. Breakfast was minimal... it was December so I guess restaurant was closed. The room was very nice! I thought the bed was uncomfortable and I could hear the people upstairs bed springs( without saying much more) sound proof rooms would be nice. Other than that everything else was a +10

Fairly basic rooms with no more than a bed and bathroom, parking was difficult to find and somewhat tricky to enter, breakfast was very basic and nothing to write home about

The room was quite small but it was fine for one night...breakfast was just pastry and bagels and yogurt but coffee and tea was a nice touch.

Location was great - loved the vibe of the hotel and music and books! Also, a nice touch was all the rooms you could just hang out in and chill & have some tea or coffee and sweets!

Very minor, the lights in the room weren't very bright.

Nothing really, other than it got really hot in the middle of the night and it would’ve been too cold to open a window. But I think this had to do with the time of the year that we stayed there.

Location was the best. Also Mia was a great host. There’s parking in the back, the style of the hotel is very boutique-ish and very fun.

Was a rainy weekend and felt a bit lonely and empty. Due to the layout, wasn't sure where we could sit and hangout. In a way, I felt like I was intruding on someone's house. Breakfast was basic, pastry, yogurt, etc but nice to have the option. Coffee was good!

Really great location, clean, very artsy, friendly staff (Mia), would be a nice place to stay with a group of friends as there is a common room. Easy walking distance to everything in greenport. Wine fridge in room!

We didn't like that you can hear everything through the walls. The staircases were very noisy.  We felt it was overpriced for what we got.

 We booked there because it was 15 minutes away from our family and easy to visit them. Also for the location since it had a very beach home town like atmosphere.

Art deco style. We stayed in the garden suite it was very spacious. Mia the owner was fantastic she catered to all of our needs. We had 5-7 rooms we were staying for a wedding in the area. We could walk to all.
