It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. Simple Breakfast food availability would have made it easier to get going for the day.

Clean, great location and views of the mountains , lovely sunsets. It was very convenient to reach Zion by car. Staff was friendly.

I didn’t like that it was geared more towards a “camping” experience as the mattresses were that of hospital beds, there were no utensils for use, no range, and no coffee maker and we were told that we also couldn’t bring our own coffee maker as any cooking other than outside with their charcoal grills were prohibited. Just feel as though given the price, these things should be considered as part of the stay.

Location is perfect and super close to the visitor center I’m to which you can catch the shuttle to scenic drive when the drive is closed for the peak season. I loved the landscaping as well, the cabins are just adorable!

The website was a little unclear, so I didn’t know until the day prior that I booked a room without a private bathroom. The communal bathrooms were very clean though!

Convenient location! We never bothered to ride the Springdale shuttle because the cabin was so close to Zion’s entrance anyway.

    Nothing

The cabin was the cutest! It was super clean and had a lot of space. The views were amazing. It was quiet and I could watch the stars. The proximity to zion was great, perfect waking distance. The pool was nice and refreshing on a hot day. I would definitely stay here again.

To much light comes through the windows at night. Blinds behind the pretty curtains would solve that problem. We threw the extra sheets up.

Bath towels could be a little larger. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable.

Loved the new cabins and the area. Very quiet during our stay. Our cabin had all linens provided. Microwave, sink and refrigerator were nice to have. Loved the porch and chairs. Easy walking distance to Zion, but also located at bus stop 3 if you wanted the shuttle.

The beds were not comfortable, mattress was covered in plastic and made sounds with movements. Be ready to make your own beds and empty garbage. Towels are very small, would suffice for child but not adults.

The cabin was private and new.

The view from the camp was amazing and the location is perfect! We can walk to Zion park and the Springdale city where you have many restaurants and shops. The plastic mattress is a bit like staying in a hospital.

Zion Canyon Cabins appear to be brand new, and are certainly in very clean and tidy condition. They are brilliantly located within close walking distance of the southern entrance to the Zion National Park. The log cabins have a lovely rustic outdoor feel and the shop is very well stocked.

There are no coffee pots, cups, or drinking glasses, as well as no complimentary shampoos, etc. The towels are tiny and thin. We had to put sheets on the beds when we arrived.

The only complaints are: the beds are a bit hard and we would have appreciated Kleenex and cups. After all, you sometimes need to blow your nose and rinse your mouth. The price paid for the cabin was high and I would have expected Kleenex and cups.

Trina and Kathleen were very helpful and friendly when we needed some items. Trina was the one that cleaned our room and it was the first time we entered a room and said “it doesn’t look like it needs Lysol or Clorox Wipes!” The laundromat was clean and the deck to sit on and watch the mountain as well as listen to music was a as nice touch! The store was good and had most everything we needed. It was also convenient to be able to leave the car and shuttle over to the National Park!
