Valet parking is expensive, but parking in the area isn’t cheap anyway and it’s safer to park in the hotel, it’s just an additional expense to note

The location was perfect for accessing Fisherman's Wharf. We haven't stayed there in several years, and it was great to see all the upgrades that were made to the entire hotel too.

We were unfortunate that there was a tech conference during our stay so we “overpaid”. Not the fault of the hotel but a valuable lesson for us.

Very close to Fishermans Wharf and a more than excellent restaurant just below the hotel. Staff is also very friendly and very helpful in case of questions.

There was only one chair in the room.

This hotel is in a great location just a few blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf and the trolly car. Very clean with great staff. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent.

Reception staff could be a little be more informative on arrival. Didn’t give us any additional information about what was local, breakfast or hotel facilities. Only realised there was a map available on last morning

Very near to pier 39. Near to reastaurants and souvenir shops, 7/11. Etc. BED WAS VERYYYYY COMFORTABLE. Clean and modern toilet Cozy lightning in the room. FILIPINO staff esp. sir ben & sir roy. (They were very helpful and accommodating)

The room was on the small side but we were out and about most days so it was more than adequate for us.

Everyone was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a short walk to Pier 39. They had a patio of fire pits and offered blankets and s'mores kits for free in the evenings. The hotel is attached to a nice Italian restaurant. We got a Margherita pizza to bring to our room and it was delicious. It was an $11 Uber ride from Zoe to the Davies theater downtown. It was perfect for our mini weekend getaway.

Expensive (but most hotels in the area are). Had to wait quite a while to get breakfast in the restaurant.

New, modern fixtures and furniture. The evening smores are a nice touch.

The hotel's own website says "2-hour bike rentals are available for all guests" but this is no longer true. They only offer 1 hour bike rental from a local bike company. Or 1 hour electric bike hire from the hotel itself. The hotel staff know about this, but have struggled to get their website changed, it still shows 2 hour bike hire now. They did make up for this by offering breakfast.

No microwave oven

The staff. Everybody, the receptionist, bell man, coffee server, maintenance person, and housekeeping staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. The foods at Pescatore Tratorria were wonderful so were the servers. This hotel is perfectly located in the Fisherman' Wharf area and it was very easy to reach the Piers, crabs, shrimps, and chowder. The cable car turn around was one a block away and gave me super easy access to the downtown area. Naturally, Pier 41 was within a walking distance where we took a ferry to Sausalito. We loved our stay. Thank you!!
