Excellent location, in the narrow quiet streets. Away from the crowds but short walking distance to everything. Peaceful courtyard to have tea and relax. Tea and coffee was always available. Staff was especially friendly and helpful with helping us make onward arrangements. All were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with in English. Much appreciated!

Every thing specially person at the reception named Devor. He was very extremely helpful when I asked him for help specially his knowledge of the Bukhara places of interest. He provided detailed information and guidance to visit all these places which made my time in Bukhara very pleasant and easy. Thank you Devor for all your help.

A beautiful place to stay in what looked like an ex-madrasa. Comfortable bed, good bathroom with thick towels. Aircon, good wifi. Good breakfast in attractive dining room. Very central.

I had a wonderful stay at Minzifa Inn. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious and have all the amenities one might need. The location is also great for visiting all of Bukhara's top sights.

This hotel is the best we have experienced in Uzbekistan! - the staff is amazing: very welcoming, extremely attentive and speak perfect English. - we stayed in the "inn" property, which is 50m away from the sister property (boutique hotel): the rooms are brand new, very quiet and clean. We could still access the boutique hotel (beautiful wood carvings), including for breakfast. - we used their laundry service too, all good and quick. They let us stay in the living room since we had a late train - which was much appreciated. - strongly recommended when staying in Bukhara!! -

they took some time (about 30+ minutes) to find me less than 20 USD worth of change (and I wasn’t insisting on getting back dollars), despite only accepting cash payments. I know 20 USD is good money in local currency, but even so, this was a bit baffling for a hospitality business.

the history of the place and the fact that it is situated within working distance of the Old city. breakfast in What used to be a Madrassa. the Court yard takes you back in time. kind and as always great Uzbeki hospitality.

The water in our bathroom took over ten minutes to heat up and our aircon was very fidgety. Unfortunately, we were placed in a separate building to the main one without the lovely courtyard. The ambiance wasn’t as nice in our smaller building, but we could still access the courtyard across the road if we wanted to

I was disappointed with my experience, especially after having such high expectations from the good reviews and recommendation by Caravanista. I booked this hotel after weeks of budget hostels as a treat for my last night, and for the price, you can find much better esp in this area. 1. Room was small and old in an annex building, which they don’t specify in the room listing, so you don’t get the ancient building feeling of the main courtyard - it’s essentially just a basic hotel room. 2. No hot water in the morning - forgivable at a hostel but not at this price here. 3. Can’t pay with credit card, cash only. 4. Breakfast starts at 7am but when I arrived at 7:15, there was no hot food other than sausages and no one servicing breakfast. I had to ask track down the nice boys at reception for eggs - they were nice and did their best, but it was clear breakfast was not ready for full service at 7:15, disappointing especially since I told them I had to depart at 7:30 and they assured me I could still have breakfast before then.
