Spa deals were confusing. Looked very expensive but then the sales guy said it was 2 for 1? We might have considered one if we had known up front. Not ideal for seeing HCMC life as too far out. Air con in room wasn’t very good, felt quite hot. We heard drilling above us at 8am which wasn’t great.

Lovely setting. Great for a chill night away from the centre. Room fantastic size for money. We stayed in the cheapest room but it was great. No one was in the shared pool either so we had that to ourselves for the day. Staff very attentive. Food very good, especially breakfast.

Exceptional service . Tan was our personal butler. From check in to check out Tan took care of everything with a perfect smile . We had special dietary requirements. Tan made sure they were taken care of all the time , even changing the cooking class menu for us . Tan speaks perfect English and sends us information about activities and all via WhatsApp. We loved : Room is spacious , with sofa and coffee table The Quality of the Spa - I have tested many massages everywhere , I had the lymphatic one here and my daughter the back /neck/shoulder . Never had a better one . Espresso coffee in room - excellent coffee in the restaurant . Amazing breakfast - served at your table when not too many guests . I tried the fitness room - all équipements were good - 2 running mats , 2 elliptics etc … .open 24/24 , AC functioning well … no excuses :-) Variety of activities on location and from location Beautiful lounge

We stayed during holiday and there didn’t seem to be good communication between staff we initially were familiarized with and their replacements on holiday days so we had occasions where we were questioned about who we were with or where we were supposed to sit (particularly at meal services) - which was disconcerting when it happened

Everything was excellent

Absolute luxury. We we treated in the garden suite with our own pool and a large well decorated set of rooms. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs;.going out of their way to point us to great local food and siteseeing. The location, on the Saigon river, under a tropical forest, was spectacular The whole retreat was designed to suit the setting. Whimsically like an elven realm. Wish we had more time to stay.

We loved our stay! The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s a beautiful space. The restaurant is delicious and has a generous vegetarian menu. Our liaison, Ánh, was a highlight of our stay. She was incredibly kind and helpful no matter the time!

The location of the hotel is very unique. We were picked up by boat. The customer service was impeccable and smooth. As usual I forgot a few thing. They got shipped to me to Saigon same day. The room was a beauty and everything around.

Around the pool area were many mosquitos. Most activities at the hotel are not complimentary and come at additional charge. The bed was a too hard.

Just a 30 minute boat ride from downtown HCMC to reach the hotel, nice atmosphere inside the resort, fantastic breakfast and good food options. Nice spacious room with nice decoration. Availability of TV entertainment in the room.

The overall scenery is impressive and the boat ride from D1 very nice.The room setting ( beds and other related facilities) is OK.Breakfast choice and selection are appropriate. Restaurant menu regarding vietnamese dishes might be a bit more various and tastes "better vietnamese". Western dishes choice is OK though.

Nothing to visit around by walk. (but it was OK, as i stayed 1 night)

Hotel design is very nice, looks like a mini paradise. Breakfast was very good. The lady who manage the garden is very passionate and explained well what she has there. The staff been very helpful, because, we arrived around 06h00 AM (as our travel from Nha Trang been not so smooth) Swimming pool is very good. Staff been very supportive/helpful for finding activities (on the river, visit to Tunnels)

It is located at the riverside around 30min away from the city centre. All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Love the interior and design. It feels like you are living in the middle of the jungle. They also have a wide range of activities for you to kill the day.

Had a issue with noise from upstairs in the villa. Was upgraded and sorted without any issues!

Absolutely everything about an lam is amazing. From moment of greeting to your room, to the smiles and friendliness of all the staff including the gardeners!! Vu our butler was beyond nice and such a great guy!! Real kudos to him!
