Everything was perfect and I highly recommend anyone travelling in Hanoi to go to this Hotel ! The rooms are nice and clean, they offer you fruits, coffee and tea every time, but the most important : all the personal and people there were very kind and helpful ! Tony the manager helped me to find an ATM, to get to the airport, he gave me the best prices to do the Ha Long Bay cruise, and he was checking every time if everything went good. It’s hard to find such a high quality of service in Hanoi, and it’s clearly making the difference !

Everything!! Stuff is so friendly and helpfull with everything, also speak really good english. Location is perfect, behind the corner is beer street, 5min walk is lake with pagoda. Rooms so clean, free water in the room and downstairs coffee and tea. Our next stay will be definetly here.

There was nothing we didn't like. Maybe just as a hint, when you shower the bathroom is wet (like mostly everywhere in Southeast Asia), but dries fast.

We already stayed in this hotel 2019. It was a pleasure to be back. The rooms are big enough and clean. The air-conditioning is working well and there is a fan too. The hotel has a perfect position in the old quarter of Hanoi. Everyone of the staff is friendly and give the best to make your stay comfortable. Tony is mostly in the morning in the hotel, but also every time available per WhatsApp. There is free tee, coffee and bananas.

No real big lobby or lounge part, but i didnt mind.

Staff is so so friendly!! They speak English very well and respond quick on WhatsApp. I got a free upgrade to a bigger room with balcony. Free water, theres a fridge, good AC, very comfy beds. Coffee, tea, bananas. Very great price value. Would 10/10 recommend.

I had a very good experience with this hostel. First, we had a very nice welcome with Bananas and Coffee or Tea. Then the Hostel staff was so kind to upgrade our room. The Hostel room was with a balcony and was freshly cleaned. For the price, the room was in a very fair condition (positively). Notice that there are rooms with no window, so be aware of that while booking But the staff is the best about this Hostel: They helped me out no matter what question I had (food spots, sights, sim-card) and even when I checked out and was at another Hotel, the manager Tony helped me out by talking to the receptionist of the other hotel on vietnamese. So I would recommend this hostel to everyone, everytime

The room was really good value for the price that we paid and had a central location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. However, the best thing about our stay was definitely the staff and how warm and welcoming they were - especially Tony, the manager. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again!! We miss you Tony🥺

WIFI was often interrupted (I was using a Vietnamese SIM card so it was not a problem)

The room was well air-conditioned and although I could hear some outside noise, it was quiet and relaxing. The staff were all nice and cooperative! I would stay here again if I ever go to Hanoi again as it is a good location in the center of Hanoi to explore!

Excellent value and location but by far the best thing about this hostel were the amazing and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again, as they went above and beyond for some requests from us.

The hotel located in the centre of Old Quarter near to everything, especially to the Bus Station where the tours basicly started and ended. It really came in handy when I arrived at night after Ha Giang tour. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The staff were amazing: super friendly, super helpful and very giving. Tea, coffee and bananas were available. They did their best to help me with anything I needed.

The room and bathroom was a little dated and could have been a little cleaner. There was no window for natural light (there was a window but it goes to the stairwell)

The location was perfect being walkable to most main attractions. Tea and coffee available on request. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive, helping us book tours and transport which had been cancelled on us last minute.

We stayed here twice on our trip to Vietnam. The hostel's strong suit is the customer service - the receptionists Tony, Hieu, Thuc and Phuong are always so friendly and proactive in helping with whatever was needed. Hieu in particular was very friendly and even waited past his shift to welcome us when we checked in at around 10 p.m., which was super kind of him :)

A little noisy from outside traffic but can’t be helped in this location.

It was right in the heart of the old quarter so a great location. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Phuong. She did her best to help us with everything we needed.
