United KingdomWords fail to express just how much we loved our stay in this resort! From the moment we stepped foot out of our taxi, we began to receive a warm, and intentional welcome from staff. After support with getting our heavy luggage into the reception, we were greeted with this amazing-tasting welcome drinks (which I’m definitely going to try my best to replicate at home) and amazing décor. When we sat down to check-in, we already knew that we had made the right choice to spend the rest of our few days in Da Nang. All the staff have been amazing but particularly Huy, who serves at the reception desk, who for many reasons, made what would have been a wonderful service an excellent one, the manager, who took the time to help us make calls and translations to sort out changes to our flight ticket, and Tra My whose lovely smile and friendliness made us feel right at home and Hue who also made our meal times special! This is the first holiday my mum and I have been on together, and I cannot thank the team enough for making it truly special – so much so my mother wants to plan more visits there. The room was nothing short of AMAZING! We had an upgrade to a wonderful room facing the garden pond which made a nice view for when spending some moments of reflection outside. We had a sauna inside our room and very clean bathroom. For those who like the details – the smell of the shower gel was so nice, it made having a shower even more of a luxurious experience. Breakfast was yummy and the view was spectacular. After our 3 day stay at the hotel, we loved it so much that we decided to delay our flights to Ha Noi so we could enjoy a few more days there. The next room we stayed in (which didn't have a sauna) was also lovely and worth every penny. The neighbourhood was beautiful and was affordable to travel around Overall, we loved every bit of our stay and if we do get the chance to come to Da Nang (God-willing), this would be our choice of stay.

Lovely resort right in the middle of Da Nang. Everything here is perfect, all the staffs are so friendly and helpful breakfast is amazing, especially the Onsen included (best one in DN for sure), super quiet and the room is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

AustraliaThe massage and Onsen is only available from 12pm each day. There was no table to sit up at in the room. The hate is advertised as all inclusive, but lunch and dinner is not included, and you pay extra to get the extra services. So it’s not really all inclusive and the price is double than some other facilities that offer the same. There is not much within a comfortable walking distance.
The staff were very good. The bed, very comfortable. I liked the in-room sauna and the property is very beautiful. The food was very good.

AustraliaPool is beautiful if a little unsafe for young children as you can walk straight into the pool from the lobby and it has no safe shallow parts and some sharp edges. Breakfast was ok, I think this hotel is targeted towards Japanese as there were plenty of those options at breakfast. Villa was amazing, just wish the ac wasn't so intense and loud, and could have done with some more bins!
Pool, great menu of food available all day. Our villa was huge, had own sauna. Loved the spa!! Great value.

This is the second time we’ve visited this property and there’s definitely going to be a third in the not too distant future. We love it.

The resort was calm (no kids jumping randomly in the pool 😉) The 11-22h all-inclusive was great (great food choice (Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/European) We had in our all-inclusive for 14 days one massage 60" per day which was very appreciated, gread variety of massage (mostly strong massage). We visited the onsen once a day, very calm, well organized. It was our honeymoon and the staff especially in the restaurant were very helpful/ joyful, especially My, Hue, Nhu Y.

AustriaLOTS of bugs, roaches, lizards etc., also in the rooms. If you have an issues with insects or other small animals it might not be right for you. For our room, the toilet space was so small that we could barely sit on there. I also would not recommend the evening cuisine in the restaurant - you can find better for the price.
The whole resort looks good, nice and open spaces. Very friendly english-speaking staff. The Onsen area is also nice (men and women separated btw). Breakfast had a big variety, and the freshly made dishes tasted good (I recommend the Beef Pho). View from the pool is also nice.

IndiaThe corridor walls were damp with heavy rain and bubbles were visible. The choice of food at the restaurat was very limited so we decided tò go out for dinner.
The location is at a quiet island on the river yet close to the heart of the city. It has a relaxed resort type atmosphere in spite of it's small size and one can relax on the lounge beds at the edge of the water, gaze at the sky and the giant wheel across the water. The Spa and the Gym are also there forr those who like to use it.

This hotel was stunning in every way. After spending 3 full active days exploring, to come back to this hotel was a pleasure! The restaurant had a good selection of food, and was delicious. The breakfast on offer was exceptional. As for my room, I had a beautiful view of the warerfront. The room was very luxurious, and i was pleasantly surprised to see humidifier. I had a couple of issues with my room, the safe deposit box did not work, and the door lock was not working. However, the hotel more than made up for thus by offering me complimentary spa treatment, for my inconvenience! Amazing customer service!
