We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Our room was as far as you could get from the lifts, and my husband has mobility issues. On our return visit, our new room was in excellent condition and close to the lifts. So maybe our first room was a one-off...
Free direct shuttles to and from the airport means access is simple and regular. Staff are friendly, buffet and a la carte are available in the restaurant. Nice friendly bar area. Really comfortable rooms.

United KingdomWe didn't like the minimal lighting in the room (and at the restaurant) and the fact that we couldn't turn off the noisy extractor fun in the bathroom. Also, there were no tissues in the room but that was very minor. Also, the wi-fi connectivity wasn't consistently great inside the room.
The staff was very friendly and they were able to give us a room an hour before the check-in time. Our room was very spacious and had a view of the pool (we could also spot some planes in the distance). We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food offered for lunch at the bar was good. For dinner, there was the option of a la carte (same as the lunch menu) or buffet but we chose the buffet since it had a variety of options available at a good price. To get to the hotel we used the free airport shuttle from the airport that is every 30 minutes. When we exited the airport terminal we noticed a Premier Hotel kiosk there and we went to ask where the shuttle was. The lady there was very kind to accompany us to the bus stop when we told her that it was our first time here.

South AfricaUnfortunately, the bathrooms did not have hot water. Taking a hot bath or shower after a long flight is the first thing we want to do after a long flight. Water was also cold the next morning.
Airport shuttles to and from the hotel arrived on time, and the driver was friendly. I appreciate the service you provided.
