Clientele were very loud, especially in the restaurant. I've never been in a restaurant where everyone seemed to feel the need to shout to each other all the time!

Secure and close to airport. Good shuttle service. Rooms were fine (large, although somewhat dated). Bar and restaurant met my needs for dinner and breakfast. I would stay again, especially given the higher price of hotels closer to the terminals.

The shower was not the best. Shower head settings was off and it was difficult to get it right. The room door didn't lock from the outside for some reason. Had to call reception and eventually go down to get someone to have it fixed.

The hotel had a free shuttle service between the airport and hotel. This was a great benefit and the driver was very friendly.

Lack of shuttle when overloaded and no notice..

Good property a need to update some infrastructure of the rooms, but were fine. Good restaurant food which was a plus. Staff helpful except when big group prestes us from free shuttle and the had to pay house car to take us to JNB. Minus there.

I did not enjoy having to listen to a religious radio station in the bus. The lighting in the room was inadequate. I was unable to read my book!

The shuttle was on time and the driver was charming. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linen was five-star!

My 3rd time using this Premier hotel for transit through Johannesburg on my Nairobi to Australia journeys.. It's everything I need. A clean comfortable room to get much needed sleep, the restaurant and bar and the efficient shuttle from and to the airport.

Free shuttle to and from airport, very convenient location if you have a long layover or early flight the next day. It's a 5 minute drive to OR Tambo.

One light didn't work, a switch was falling off the wall and entry door and bathroom locks were both damaged on our first visit. Our room was as far as you could get from the lifts, and my husband has mobility issues. On our return visit, our new room was in excellent condition and close to the lifts. So maybe our first room was a one-off...

Free direct shuttles to and from the airport means access is simple and regular. Staff are friendly, buffet and a la carte are available in the restaurant. Nice friendly bar area. Really comfortable rooms.

We didn't like the minimal lighting in the room (and at the restaurant) and the fact that we couldn't turn off the noisy extractor fun in the bathroom. Also, there were no tissues in the room but that was very minor. Also, the wi-fi connectivity wasn't consistently great inside the room.

The staff was very friendly and they were able to give us a room an hour before the check-in time. Our room was very spacious and had a view of the pool (we could also spot some planes in the distance). We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food offered for lunch at the bar was good. For dinner, there was the option of a la carte (same as the lunch menu) or buffet but we chose the buffet since it had a variety of options available at a good price. To get to the hotel we used the free airport shuttle from the airport that is every 30 minutes. When we exited the airport terminal we noticed a Premier Hotel kiosk there and we went to ask where the shuttle was. The lady there was very kind to accompany us to the bus stop when we told her that it was our first time here.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms did not have hot water. Taking a hot bath or shower after a long flight is the first thing we want to do after a long flight. Water was also cold the next morning.

Airport shuttles to and from the hotel arrived on time, and the driver was friendly. I appreciate the service you provided.

Could do with more vegan friendly food options on the lunch/dinner menu.

The room was super spacious and was perfect for our three nights in Johannesburg. The pick up and drop off from the airport was very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and professional.
