Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the riad. We had an amazing time in Marrakech and at the Koutobia Royal. Lovely staff, clean and well located. Shukran!!

Kids pool is also available for guests at the riad. The property itself was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place spotless. The staff were incredible. Jamal was very helpful recommending nearby excellent restaurants. The ladies (sorry I didn’t get their names) were so lovely and made incredible breakfasts. I recommend this riad as it’s away from the noise from the medina but close enough to get to.

Such a lovely riad. We arrived late at around 19:00, which is right when the people break their ramadan fast, they offered us to eat with them which was so kind. The riad was clean, had all the ammenities we could ever wish for, the breakfast was good too. Out of the 3 riads we have tried in Marrakech this was definitely my favourite one. Would definitely come back again!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and easily walkable to many of the main attractions as well as close to a covid testing lab. the breakfast was a good amount and served every day. Overall I really liked this place and would go back.

Beautiful Riad in the middle of the Medina! every room was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. the beds were very comfortable with down duvets and pillows. breakfast was always good and plentiful! the staff was so friendly and accommodating about everything. we didn’t have to worry about a thing!
