Det 2-stjerners Onsen Guest House Tsutaya ligger i Hakone, 7 km fra både Hakone Lalique-museet og Hakone botaniske hage for våtmark. Loved everything about this hostel, from the location (close to the open air museum) in the mountains, down to the very small details of the interior. Lounge area was beautifully planned with a great view and places to hang out with new friends. The Onsen bath was clean and beautiful too. Had it for myself in the morning. The dorm bed was super big and felt private.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. The breakfast and dinner were great. The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The no-booking system for the private onsens was easy to use. The location was also very convenient - close to Sainokawara Park and the shops.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Our stay at Mount View Hakone was simply wonderful! The room was wide and beautiful and our futon were super comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, explaining everything in detail. Dinner was absolutely delicious! We really appreciated being able to try Japanese cuisine dishes that you normally cannot find in restaurants, and there were so many different ones! We booked one of the private onsen and it was just so relaxing to be able to relax in the water while admiring the view on the bamboo forest. The ryokan is located a bit further out from Gora, the main town, but to be honest the peace and quiet is exactly what we were going for. The hotel is well connected and has a bus stop right in front of it, so it was easy to reach and move around. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth the trip from Tokyo!

Set in Hakone, 8.3 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hakone Gora KARAKU offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. A very nice big hotel room with a nice shower and we had a private outdoors onsen which was perfectly sized, heated, and with an aesthetic view.

Hot Spring Inn Hakone Suisen offers a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 4.2 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station and 3.6 km of Kowakudani Station. The staff was really nice and efficient! The rooms and bath are amazing !

Providing lake views and a garden, Chuzenji Pension offers accommodation in a prime location in Nikko, within a short distance of Kegon Falls, Chuzenji Lake and Chuzenji Temple. The owner gave us a syperb room with lake view. The meals are so delicious and the staffs are so welcoming.

Set in Hakone, Centurion Hakone Bettei offers 4-star accommodation with private balconies. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Best customer service, clean, wonderful experience. Food was excellent. Easy to purchase items such as sake and dessert cookies. Arranged for our taxis and shuttle service. Room was spacious and lovely with a wonderful view. Highly recommend.

Boasting a hot tub, Hakone Miyanoshita Myojokan is set in Hakone. The 3-star ryokan features mountain views and is 6.2 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. The host is incredibly friendly, even taking the time to plan our sightseeing route for us. The onsen is amazing and private. We loved the experience staying in a typical ryokan, and the host made it that much more enjoyable.

Cyashitsu ryokan asakusa har en attraktiv beliggenhet i Tokyo sentrum. Her finner du rom med klimaanlegg, en bar, gratis WiFi og en felles salong. Everything, Taiga & Muki were great & very welcoming. Breakfast was marvelous. Room was very cozy & relaxing. The Onsen was great. Will definitely visit again
