Katie with green or purple hair is from phenomenal. The morning lady at check out who had on a white/blue shirt or a white/black shirt was slightly snobby and rude during check out. She said we could either go into the spa area or outside while the lobby was going to get cleaned. We was on our way to spa/hot tub area but she gave us $40 out her pocket from I guess to go across the street to eat at Perkins after being snobby.she would bitch over the pettiest crap. She knew we was stranded with car issues and we had to wait for our ride

Lots of options clustered in canal park so it's walkable, rich history and Baytown culture. Sun worshipers and leafers beware, the low elevation and Lakeshore means more overcast days and later peak colors than the surrounding areas. Plan accordingly.

Duluth is a beautiful city with a gorgeous coastline. The drive along the North Shore is nothing less than Spectacular!
I loved the canal area with all the restaurants and shops. It was fun to see the big ships and the aerial lift bridge.

I would not visit Duluth again.
I would not visit Duluth again. Although interesting sites available to see. I found Duluth to be congested with traffic. The streets dont make sense. Hard to get to the tourist stops. The city just didn't make any sense how u get into Duluth at the start.

Duluth is a wonderful place to visit.
Duluth is a wonderful place to visit. They have things to do for families, friends, short or long visits. Must visit Canal Park, Lift Bridge, Enger Tower, Miller Mall and Rose Garden. Lots of restaurants, Fitzer, Grandma's and Perkins too. Talking walks along the shore, skipping rocks or just enjoying the fresh air will help you sleep better. The kids will love the water, trains and a visit to Split Rock Lighthouse and Gooseberry Falls.

We enjoyed Canal Park , Glensheen, and eating at Clyde's Iron Works and Grandma's. We drove along the North Shore to Gooseberry Falls and ate at Betty's Pies. Would recommend all of these, but not when the Canadian fire smoke is so dense you can hardly see the lake! Getting around was easy but don't follow Mapquest directions!
Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist was extremely and helpful. She was able to accommodate my request and ensure I was happy with my room. The lady explained everything very thoroughly. The room itself was perfect! It had all the essentials and the view of the fall trees were perfect. The breakfast in the morning had tons of options! The hotel is conveniently located as well. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was pet friendly and did not charge an extra fee for having him there which was great, many other hotels act like it's an inconvenience to have pets visit, but not here. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was warm and delicious. There is all kinds of shopping around the hotel making it a great location. It's also a short drive to Canal Park from the hotel. Would stay here again.
My first impression was of the front desk check in person Meggan who was so personable and helpful.
The breakfasts were great and Kim never slowed down while helping guests get their food for eat in or taking it to their rooms.
I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel. Quick access to routes into and out of Duluth.
Grandkids loved the pool too.
The Sheraton in Downtown Duluth was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They provided great assistance for my birthday trip - even giving us a room with an incredible view of Lake Superior. The hotel itself was clean, was within walking distance of SO much, and was comfortable for our weekend away.
This was probably the cleanest and quietest hotels we have ever stayed in, and extremely convenient to everything at Canal Park. Breakfast was fine as well. Parking was convenient and available in front of the hotel, which was a plus with Canal Park as parking comes at a premium. We would definitely stay here again.
We just did the Lake Superior circle tour, this was definitely the best service, including an updated breakfast (included was breakfast sandwiches), staff that were helpful with hot tub scheduling, etc. We will definitely recommend this hotel and look to stay again should we be near Duluth again.
Breakfast, but would be nice if you had 2 meat options instead of just breakfast sausages. Bacon would be great. Rooms were very spacious and love the shower without the tub. Love that your pet friendly, loved the dish of milk bones for the pooches when they check in.
The proximity to Lake Superior. The view from our room was stunning! The patio below It had a fire pit and water feature. The hotel had a Pebble Beach and there were always people down there skipping stones in the water. One day there were 37 sailboats on the lake.
Employees were helpful and appeared cheery all the time! Shuttle bus runs every hour to Canal Park, room was clean and comfortable. Will stay there next visit to Duluth!
Nice location on Lake Superior shore. Room was clean and comfort. We traveled with our friends to explore Lake Superior shore and stayed in this hotel for one night.
