Lovely place!! We booked the 101 Apartment for 1 night and everything was great. The building is very well maintained and beautiful, check-in instructions clear (self-check-in) and we also met the host for payment who was super nice. The location is near a bigger street with lots of kiosks and restaurants. Bed is very comfortable and the hot water shower was functioning well. The 101 apartment has a small kitchen corner with a sink, wine glasses etc but no cooking area so be aware of that (other apartments might have it though). I would definitely stay here again as it was a place we felt very comfortable in in San Jose.

Gathering in the morning for a delicious homemade breakfast made with love. The owners were so helpful with every question asked, they made it feel like home. A stay to remember!
