was pretty nice and we had a great view from the shared balcony. the owner was very nice and even gave us a morning reminder of when we were being dropped off at the pier. he brought us over nice and early so we were able to get good seats for the boat. breakfast was good.

I met a ton of other travellers that were also on the boat and that I ended up going to Luang Prabang with. The beds were comfy and there's a nice riverside terrace with great views. It's good to know that Mekong Backpacker Villa and this is basically the same, just two different rooms but it's run by the same people and the terrace is shared.

A fantastic little village and such a warm welcome they all gave us in the dark. Otherwise, no complaints- happy to have a bed and such a warm welcome in the middle of the dark river valley!

Stay more than one night so you can fully enjoy the Pool and soak up the beautiful nature around the Hotel. It's not just a Hotel, there's much more behind the scenes. Read about the Hotel on their website. I had an inspiring conversation with the owner, Mr. Ket , who is a great person. I absolutely recommend this beautiful place!

They close late in the evening and start again early in the morning servicing customers. Our staff was great. They took us back to the boat early and we beat the crowd. It wasn't the most expensive available and it wasn't the cheapest, a good middle of the road stop over. We didn't bother venturing down into the village area as we had what we need.
