Despite the language barrier (since we don't speak Italian), we were able to communicate with Emma perfectly. On arrival we were offered coffee and home made cakes which was a nice gesture. Our room with a private entrance was on the ground floor, very cool and tidy. We parked the car just outside our room. The breakfast was delicious with home made dishes.The view from the breakfast site overlooking San Marino supplemented the overall evaluation if this villa. I would highly recommend this place.
