This home is in a great location convenient to downtown and Everbank Field. It was the perfect size, and I appreciated that it was pet friendly, although in the end, we didn't bring our furbaby. We weren't sure if we could get someone to keep him so it was nice to know that was an option if we had needed it. I forgot my shampoo and thought I'd have to run to the store but was pleasantly surprised to find shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Communication was great; they were very responsive when I reached out with questions before our trip and they reached out to us at the beginning and end of our trip to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful home , my family enjoyed it. This was our first time booking a home instead of hotel and it was a 10/10 great experiences the host was very accommodating to our needs with quick response. Great for children even had outside toys, board games , and playpen/mattress so my infant was able to enjoy free time in a safe environment. We will definitely be booking again when we come to visit Jacksonville.

The location, cleanliness, and response from Tina were all amazing. The communication between her and us was exceptional and speedy. The unit was beautiful and very modern. Having the use of the garage for our car was a plus. very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Having linens provided also a plus. I would lease from Tina again at this property or any others she may have. loves our stay!!

Home was clean, spacious and in a great location. Loved the back deck and enjoyed the bbq grill.
