Looking for a cabin?

For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.

Lovely traditional cosy chalet-type hotel right in the heart of town. Excellent showers and warm rooms. Both ski lifts were walkable and also served by a bus that stopped right outside the hotel. The owner and staff couldn't have been more helpful and the cosy restaurant was perfect for nights when all you wanted to do was wander downstairs for a meal.

Gasthaus Ski Club is in a central area of Andermatt. Breakfast is a continental breakfast (not American Buffet) with enough fresh breads, croissants, eggs, juices, cereals to set you up for a good day. The hotel itself is a cosy traditional Swiss style chalet. Gasthaus Skiklub has a bar and restaurant.

Great location in the heart of the village with lovely views and the relaxing sound of cowbells on the slopes. The hotel was a traditional, ski-chalet type - clean, functional and the host was very welcoming.

The restaurant was first class, Michelin star quality! The atmosphere and interior was sophisticated wooden, with a cabin feeling. The WC had a built-in bidet! This place superceded every expectation! This is the perfect place to take your favourite person for a weekend getaway. 💕 I did not expect that amazing quality for that price!

Really enjoyed the place - for this money you really get a good quality. It is very clean and the whole place is well maintained. The host was very helpful and even my late arrival wasn't a problem. That's true that the walls are thin and wooden meaning that you can hear your neighbour snoaring. But just take the earplugs and the problem is gone. What stays is a place with a great vibe of an old moutain chalet.
