Beautiful hotel, the chalet I stayed in was cute and colourful in keeping with the colourful houses of the village. I was upgraded on arrival which was very kind of them. The staff really make this place! I was a solo female traveller and they really looked after me, all knew me by name and they honestly couldn’t do enough for you.

She let us check in early to our rooms and organised a sunset boat tour for 5 USD which included nibbles and a hot tea. She also had a professional manner and available on what’s app for any concerns. Breakfast and the restaurants were fantastic. And the pool was great with a gorgeous view. The shuttle arranged through the hotel was very convenient for us due to being 40 minutes away from the airport.

Good breakfast. Nice room and nice view from the garden where the breakfast is served. We really enjoyed the location in the small village instead of the buzzling city of Aswan. Price for the airport shuttle service is not the cheapest, but keep in mind that Careem and Uber are not servicing Aswan airport and the price for the driver is okay.
