Staff are friendly! The best of the best, it can compete with my stayed hotel in Luxor, which is Sonesta St.George hotel. However, Le Meridien cares about guests’ safety and security in that the security check would be done on the gate of the hotel. Free shuttle bus is provided for guests. And most importantly, the bed is comfortable and soft! love it! Staff always greet with smile and nice tone!

We also got upgraded to a better room during our stay so that was great. They provided fruits and bottles of water in our room and we really appreciated the details. Staff was very nice and helpful.
