All very clean. All the arrangements to explore Cat Ba Park were done with them, as any other activities. Pricing was good. Around the homestay there are 3 bars with food, and the bus to cat ba city is 5min walk.

The rooms look even better than in the pictures, comfortable, spacious and clean. The bathroom is big and clean. The garden is so nice, we absolutely loved it, with green areas, flowers and nice swimming pool, and very well taken cared of by the owner. The owner is so helpful all the time. He helped us organise everything we needed, we wanted to rent scooters and all of his were already booked (we did it with no time in advance, just at the moment we wanted them) and he organised with someone else the renting of a scooter super quickly and super careful that we got a nice one. Came to us after to check that everything went well. He also organised for us a bus back to Hanoi and drove us to the bus stop. The food was amazing. Local and fresh food prepared at the moment. A lot of variety and super tasty. One of our best meals in Vietnam. If you are an animal lover, this is also a great place, where they have a dog, a puppy, two cats and a fleet of chickens. The location is on a side of a hill/mountain, where you can skim the village next to the homestay and the sea.

The pool offers a perfect view, our kids couldnt get enough of it ! The owner will cook delicious food for you!! The rooms are brand new and really well equiped. Than you so much for the stay we loved it soooo much!! You will most likely need to rent scooter to get around if you stay a bit longer
