The food in your main restaurant was not good at all, and I recommend you to hire a good cook, but the rest of the services and the atmosphere of the hotel were excellent.

This 4-star hotel is 98 feet from the beach in Golden Sands. It is surrounded by greenery and offers air-conditioned accommodations with balconies as well as free Wi-Fi.

The staff was great! Everyone working there were hardworking and super friendly (exceptional were the pizza chef and the kids entertainment girls). Plus point for them!! :) Food was good and lots of options to choose from. Nice that they have themed dinners. And you can have drinks and snacks / fruits at the beach. (it's worth having the all inclusive with beach access package.) We had a room with sea view so that was ok. The sunbeds at the beach were included and we always found some free ones. The beach and sea area are ok, nice. Location is ok.

    We were glad our hotel was at the end of the boulevard from Golden Sands, so it was nice and calm, no noise from partying people and loud bars or cafe's Glad I didn't book a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle because that would have cost us a lot of sleep.... We didn't go out for a drink of dinner because our hotel provided us with this. We just walked and looked around what was for sale in the many stalls with clothes and bags and touristic stuff you can buy abroad.

    Pretty standard East European seaside resort.

    Pretty standard East European seaside resort. Beach filled with cigarette butts, with dirty umbrellas and beach furniture. A lot of shops eith overpriced items, and restauranta with mostly overpriced foods. Some kids attractions that might be interesting for them for a few days.

    Really enjoyed the park hotel Odessos.

    Really enjoyed the park hotel Odessos. Food was delicious and a variety each day. The only fault was the kids play ground. Only had two things in it. . Could benefit from a swing and or additional piece of play equipment.

    If you expect a quality experience, either look for a 5 stars hotel or go further south. Golden Sands is overcrowded. It fits low-budget travelers and people who don't care about quality services. There is only a handful of high-end hotels and these are very expensive.

    As long as i can find a lot of improvements in the...

    As long as i can find a lot of improvements in the restaurants, quality of food and service, some places, i.e. bars the staff is very arrogant, they keep trying to make money for the whole season in a day without moving a finger, etc. Surely a modern resort that wants to grow cannot charge people for basic needs, i.e. WC, and on top of having different prices for foreigners or Bulgarians. Those are cheap tricks that push people away so Bulgarian tourism will keep suffering until those very basics are not fixed.

    Holiday in Bulgaria/ Golden Sands 😔 At first sight was looking good ! Next day I have started to see reality: room wasn’t clean , toilet paper ..you have to ask from the cleaning person ( and she didn’t understand English) , food wasn’t too much diversity….only 3 courses was really good ! For all inclusive 4 stars it was disappointing…. even towels for pool , you have to guarantee with money ! If it was like 2 stars hotel ,actually! It was an experience….the last one in this part of tourism !

    I booked this room for my friend, and she said she had a wonderful experience at the Bellevue Hotel. The atmosphere and service were great.Very friendly staff, delightful and eager to help! They served delicious breakfasts at their restaurant. Her room had a nice view of the park with birds singing during the day which made her stay very relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the resort Golden Sands. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

    I think this was my fifth time in this hotel. I come here because I like the adults only concept. I like the spacious rooms and the view to the beach and to the sea that you get from the balcony. The beds are pretty comfy, but they are two twin beds put together. I like the fact that they use good quality hygiene products from Rituals in the bathroom.

    And welcoming staff the general manager was very professional and respectful, and willing to accommodate us at the highest level. If we return till golden sands digital title, we will reserve our stay. The facilities are nice the food excellent and many many variety. We extended our stay with three extra days because we really like the hotel.

    The property, the view, the restaurants and bars, beach, pools, facilities, staff. Everything was truly 5 stars and actually better than expected. Shout-out to the bartenders, to the pool and spa staff, great drinks, not just your simple all-inclusive cheap liquors. Everything was excellent. Definitely coming back if in Golden Sands again

    Beautiful holiday homes at one of the loveliest beaches in Bulgaria. Exceptionally clean, very stylish apartment that had everything we needed for our 7 day stay.     We had a wonderful time, the all inclusive package was a great offer. The beach was very close to the hotel. The beach was very clean. The location is great, you can visit the Golden Sand Natural Park and make some trekking through the forest if you want to get away from the mid day sun, and you don't need the car to get to the park.

    Very friendly staff, excellent and diverse food, for the first time in Bulgaria the soups tasted very good. Lobby bar with everything, excellent coffee juicer at the lobby bar on the terrace clean pool and water at almost 30 degrees. Parking at the hotel within the limits of places. We will definitely be back.

    Nice place for families or everyone who is looking for a quiet and safe place (although it is close to golden sands). The apartment was clean, well equipped (e.g. washing mashine) and comfortable. The communication with the host was very good. We didn‘t miss anything and can recommend it.
